The hotel is clise to the railway and bus stations: it was clean and comfortabke. Most importantly tge staff were all very friendly, courteous and helpful. Nexy to cleanliness and comfort I always look fir facilities with competent and helpful, friendly staff and this property tops among my list. The room service staff was equally helpful. Definitely recommend this gor comfortable stay in Kollam .

As my stay was very short I did not have time to explore all that the hotel had to offer, so no particular dislikes to mention.

Booked as a treat. It was recommended by my guide book and I wanted a hotel rather than a hostel this time. Felt luxury and is something my parents and grandparents would have felt comfortable and relaxed in. Great location so easy to direct autos and get around cheaply. Desk in room made it easy to work. Very convenient for business people. The best breakfast. AC included and laundry services (by the item) included.

Expensive for my normal budget and didn't really have any recommendations for tourists of tours or where to go beyond those on Google. They kept my delicates bag when I sent my clothes to be washed. I wanted it back so phoned reception when I noticed. The evening reception staff wouldn't pass the message onto the housekeeping staff so I had to just ask again in the morning, which I found surprising given the high quality service I had received up to that point. When I repeated this to reception in the morning, housekeeping found it and returned it to me in less than 2 hours. Really not a big deal.

Th location is great as it is at the centre of town cenre and easilyapproachable. Breakfast was excellent, so also dinner, Staff are very cordial, helpful and accommodative. Reception staff were very helpful and supportive.

There is no dinner as estaurant does not function in e evening. Can order for limited room service.

Excellent location in the centre of Kollam town. Easy access to public transport and restaurants down the road towards beach. Clean and nicely appointed room & bathroom. Restaurant served very nice homely breakfast. Thali for lunch with fried Seer fish was delicious. Staff was welcoming and helpful.

Please add some more dishes to the buffet menu. You can add some fresh fruit juices also. Provide some cut fruits also.

Room could have been little bigger. The mattress is not soft. It is little uncomfortable.
