The front desk team were particularly efficient and courteous, handling my check-in and check-out with ease.I appreciate. *Amenities:* The hotel's amenities were impressive., and a 24-hour room service menu. The breakfast buffet was decent. *Location:* The hotel's location in downtown Kollam was excellent, with plenty of local attractions and restaurants within walking distance. One of the best hotels near the kollam beach and city. Closet to bus terminal and railway station too. And the room was pretty cool with good atmosphere, ambience and it was very clean. Maintenance of the room is perfect. Staff were decent and guest friendly, polite behaviour. I enjoyed the stay there. I suggest Dona Castle best hotels in kollam

Check in was very smooth. Good location silent atmosphere. Good hospitality. The staff is friendly, polite, and nice fragrance, Good manners. The rooms are hygienic and spacious. Normally Breakfast should be included in the room Tariff. But i'm not received. I don't see any option for selecting required Breakfast or not. So, if you are not added this point, please make sure to add this option in your booking details.

If we get one kettle and tea bags in room it could be better.

The location was really good. Room and bathroom were clean and decently spacious.

Some facilities could be improved. There was no kettle available. The room's window lock was not working so a bit of a safety concern.

Property was more than expected.. Neat.. Clean.. Good rooms n awesome toilets.. And the mattress and pillows was too good.. Not cheap spring mattresses which are commonly found in most of the properties.. And obviously mattress n pillows plays a damn great role ... Unlimited drinking water available in floors... Hospitality was great.. Friendly staffs... Damn worth for the price.. Best budget friendly one in the town.. Highly recommended...
