Staff was not courteous! We travelled in Auto from the Railway Station. Surprisingly, the guard, hotel staff did not allow the auto to enter the porch which is understandable, but told us to park and get down outside the hotel. Such discrimination was very insulting!

Clarks Awadh has a new look; it is more spacious and inviting. As always its location in the heart of Lucknow is a winner. I like its old world charm with modern amenities. I would anyday prefer it to newer characterless hotels.

I found the in-dining menu quite expensive. They should have more reasonably priced dishes and more options. For a short while there was sound of construction work and that was not pleasant. It was of short duration though.

You r charging far more than what you are delivering to the customer. You have charged 25 thousand per day without breakfast which is the charges of Marriott hotel in Dubai but with king size breakfast. Room was not up to mark this kind if room should not be more than 4000 thousand per day.

The location is good. The staff is very helpfull and courteous. The food is excellent. The hotel is excellent.

There wasn't anything not to like except the deficiencies in toiletries and some missing elements in the rooms..

The hotel has a very nice interior. And the hotel room was very comfortable. I did not try their breakfast but everything I ordered through room service was really great. I stayed here for a wedding and their facilities for the event were very nice.

The staff does not speak very good English which something was a bit stressful.

Excellent location at Ganga ghat, once in a lifetime experience , very friendly and polite staff. It’s not a hotel, it’s an experience.

Everything is good like food, cleaning of room staff manners and management of the hotel . Security staff are well mannered. I am happy with their services.

the staff's behaviour was not up to the mark. knocking twice within an hour duration for the cutlery and plates. making us wait for 10+ minutes to send a valet to carry our bags

Breakfast and dinner spreads were good. Location is central. It's called the Avadh Palace everywhere! People know this property
