Ceiling fan was making noise.

All facilities were on point, upon checkin they promptly gave toiletries kit, fresh towels and room heater and asked if anything further was needed. The supervisor, Neha, additionally went above and beyond to help me keep an additional luggage a day prior to checkin (of course following the necessary protocols pf checking) and even post checkout. When I finally went back to collect my luggage a few hours post checkout, and had to urgently change my clothes, she even facilitated the same. It was the best hospitality I ever received.

All was good / staff was very accommodating … I had to extend my stay couple of times and they were very helpful.

It was unfortunate that items were missing from my room … specifically from my suite case. Which I didn’t realize until I arrived back in the USA .. they were gifts purchased from duty free as I arrived in India. Items were with me through my stay and I made sure they were not broken when I arrived in Mumbai from Jaipur. But didn’t have them when I arrived in USA

The location was good and central, with modern shops and well reviewed restaurants very close by. It was also walkable from the metro station which is always nice. The breakfast was good and the offered food to the room. It was clean and the rooms were a good size.

It is on the third floor of a building, although its serviced by a small lift, moving a lot of luggage and people would take a few runs. The Google maps location isn’t correct and it’s actually a little further down the road next to the rather busy Starbucks.

This property is for anyone who's looking to stay in the heart of Lucknow, on one side you got Dominnos and on the other side Starbucks while it's just 10 mins walk away from Sahara Ganj. I really loved the location and Neha (reception manager) was very courteous and all of my guests were very happy with the level of service and stay. For sure will use again!

The property was very clean and good located. They were very helpful with all the things we needed and very kind. Very happy to have been staying there during our visit to Lucknow. 100% recommended!

Charming, helpful and accommodating staff, well run establishment in the modern part of the city. Close to the metro . Heritage area about 5k away. Spacious room, very well equipped with lots of little extras. Huge bed, very comfortable. Plenty of hot water morning and evening. Would recommend.

The water in the bathroom had an unpleasant fishy smell and the smell crept into the bedroom.
