The location is (close to) Hazratganj, a hot-spot for restaurants, shopping and some tourism. Staff have been very friendly and comforting. The room had no window but we preferd to have some quite time anyway.

It was clean but also could use some renovation. We were lacking warm/hot water in the shower. It was pretty quite, however at night you could here some rats/mice crawling in the floors like it happens in older buildings. Unfortunately there was also a problem with the laundry which I needed for a wedding - it said it will be returned the day after, but it wasn't. And it wasn't the following day and we did not even receive the shirts before we had to checkout. But - the staff took care and delivered it to our next location. It was after the wedding but we got everything back, so no complaints here.

For the price, Need an open area for the in-house guests or even window in the room otherwise arrange a terrace place for us to relax. Need more room amenities, cos in this bracket I would prefer to book other more iconic brands but due to unavailability I used the hotel

Location is excellent. Though the hotel is a small one, it is maintained well, rooms are comfortable and very clean.

The common areas, especially the corridors on each floor have a smell of stale food. It could be the mops/ cleaning rags that are stored in the small unventilated closets in these corridors.

We were planning an intimate wedding in Lucknow for which we contacted different hotels/banquets in Lucknow. Initially we only planned to book the rooms with Elora. However, after we spoke to Bharat we were convinced that we should book the place for our other special day events as well and trust me...we did not have to regret that decision a bit. The staff was very co-operative and flexible when it came to managing our event and stay. Super supportive staff and always ready to help. Ours was a small gathering (around 15 folks) and right from the booking process to checkout everything was smooth and the staff took great care of us. They even accommodated our request to convert the boardroom into a wedding hall and after the decorations, the hall did not look like a boardroom! Apart from the rooms and other arrangements, the food was excellent and flavourful. My recommendation: Even if you are a local do visit Blue Coriander restaurant to enjoy the food. Coming to the rooms and other facilities, the rooms are quite comfortable and have the required amenities like Wifi, work desk, etc. Room Service is prompt. Special thanks to Mr. Rachit Gupta, Mr. Bharat and Mr. Vishnu along with the entire team at Elora Lords for making our stay and event a memorable one. PS: It was a ‘Five star’ experience for us!! Fantastic staff (kind, courteous, and helpful), good sized rooms, comfortable beds and a great location.

Bathroom could have been cleaner. A little annoying as you cannot pay with an international credit card (but there are plenty of ATM's close by).

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient for time poor people. The staff members were friendly and accommodating of our requests.

It is on the pricier side which is quite normal with hotels in central areas.

Budget friendly, centrally located and excellent staff. Loved my stay here, kudos to the receptionist Arslaan Khan. He made sure our stay was comfortable and attended to all our requirements promptly.
