Location and staff are helpful

Room was not clean. In my booking it was mentioned suite room but it was not provided. Bath room sink was leaking. Towel were dirty. In bill they were asking GST however booking price plus tax I have already paid. Complimentary breakfast was included but they did not provide they provided only bread,Omilate and tae that too on request.They have kept time of break fast after 8:30am and I have to leave before 8:30am.

location is ok but staff not good, basic kit they are not provided like saving kit bath kit tooth brush and all this this is basic think room cleaning is very poor, they are not change bed sheet pillow cover and also not clean room properly

The room was dirty smelly, there was room cleaning, wifi was not working on repeatwd request it was not working, food was really high priced and pathetic

Atleast the staff should have been friendly, they should complimetry breakfast, the cleaniless should have been maintained in the room

Rooms need a maintenance, owners need to refurnish door lock, cupboard, and other equipments. Arbitrary of staff. We are a tourist and new for your city so please say By to arbitrary for tarif.
