Awesome hotel for a safe stay in India, Mumbai as a solo female traveler

Most of the staff were lovely; friendly and helpful. The room was clean and everything worked in there. The laundry service was exceptionally good.

There were a lot of mosquitoes but no mosquito plug-in and the staff left the door open whilst cleaning so there were always more when we returned. We were not allowed to settle our bill until we had vacated the room and so couldn’t book an Uber until that was done. We had arranged to pay an additional 2800 rupees to have the room for an extra two hours but our internet was cut off at normal check out time. When I told the woman at the desk she told me that it hadn’t, then sent someone to check, then sent someone to give us a voucher code that only worked for one device at a time! I noticed afterwards that we had been charged for a room service meal that we had already paid for when it was delivered.

other guest can be very noisy in the hallways but mostly we’re quiet after we ssshed them. We understand the hotel is new and sometimes there are teething problems. food was provided via room service ( work was underway for new food area) but there were mix ups and delays with our breakfast orders. even when we were given free voucher and went through this order with the food guy there were still problems. I’m sure this will be resolved in time. Overall I would say better concentration from all staff is needed to listen to guests questions and requirements. the bathroom drainage is the weirdest!! the shower water runs past the basin and toilet to the drain hole. why not have the drain at the shower!!

The location is excellent and one can walk to Dadar station or Dadar circle in a few minutes. Plenty of shopping to choose from on Dadar circle - food, clothes, footwear, snacks, pharmacies, bottled water, etc. Also, there are plenty of places to eat a very short walk from hotel, as were pharmacies and provision stores. Easy availability of Uber as the location is very central. The hotel rooms had been refurbished during our stay and the rooms were very clean, neat and up to the standard expected. The bathroom was good with the shower well placed with a shower curtain. The usual bath amenities were made available but if you had forgotten or needed a toothbrush or some toothpaste you could request the front office staff for it. The Air-conditioning was good and set just right. The staff and service were excellent. This covers all of them - the Front Desk staff, the Bellboy, the Room Service staff, the Security staff and even the housekeeping staff whom we ran into on a couple of days during our stay. The Hotel entrance area has recently been refurbished and there is now comfortable place for guests to sit while waiting for the front desk or for a taxi or an Uber.

The WiFi felt a bit limited as only 3 connections were allowed per room, which felt like a step backwards, where you have double occupancy or more. Although not included, breakfast is available as Room Service. However, the breakfast options were very limited and not as extensive as the breakfast options available on the room service menu provided in each room. Also, the key card for room entry needed to be re-validated around 4 times during our 5 day stay. Hence the 4 stars and not 5. But these were only minor inconveniences and we enjoyed our stay as the hotel was very clean and the staff most courteous and helpful. I would be happy to return for another stay.

Professional and friendly staff. Room was very clean and neat. The bed and pillows was heavenly. just what I needed after spending long hours at the airport before departure. I informed the Hotel of my delayed arrival but I was still impressed with how swiftly the staff came out to receive me at when the taxi stopped outside the hotel at around 2am. The food was also good, I had prawn Thai red curry and loved it

Good breakfast and really nice ambience in the breakfast hall/coffeeshop. Lots of natural light. Friendly staff and reliable room service. No hustlers hanging around the entrance. Stored my luggage for several hours after check-out (with proper system).

The staircase for guests (the only alternative to the small elevator) could be nicer. Breakfast hall could be a little bigger as it gets crowded quickly when the hotel is fully booked.

Everything was fantastic but when we were enjoying so one of executive called us and told that you should put volume down and unnecessary stuffs so my point of view is when customers pay yo a lot so they don’t need any kind of restriction so please try not to do this thing with anything else !!!

Friendly and very helpful front desk staff, walking distance from Dadar East Station, clean. They were empathetic, kind and courteous. Thank you for all the help.

That breakfast is not included in the price. It should definitely be part of the package irrespective.. The price for breakfast for the options available is quite high.

Location, cleanliness

Bathroom arrangement - if you take shower the entire bathroom floor will be wet which will prevent using the washbasin or toilet without getting your feet wet. The shower should have been on one side with a small curtain which can avoid this problem. The hotel cafe / restaurant is small with less food options.
