While the hotel is not a 4 start from a European perspective, it offers compact but comfortable rooms. The staff at the reception and the security guard were very helpful and accommodating throughout our week-long stay. Specially I would like to thank Abin and Avisanta from the reception and the guard Ram for taking great care of us.

The location is quite misleading. While the hotel is located in Worli, which is one of nicest areas in Mumbai, the actual building is surrounded by ran down buildings and the street is quite unpleasant to walk. Even a short walk (500 meters) to the Phoenix Palladium mall felt risky.

Property should give early breakfast Breakfast start after 7.30am we not get early. We stay with breakfast for 9days even not get single day breakfast. Property should care for customers who stay your hotel. I

Reception staff nilesh, had lend me his personal charger adaptar. Since i firgot my travel tool kit, with middle east charger. It was difficult to find one. Thank you nilesh.

There were so many negative remark about the property but i dont see all thise pionts. Only thing for ground floor when cooking in kitchen you can smell all in the room untill uless your exaust fan of toilet is on

This is beautifully located in Worli very close to South and Central Mumbai landmarks

The parking is atrocious, just a single lane where vehicles are squeezed in back to back and when you need to take out your vehicle, the others ahead of you need to be moved too. Not advisable if you have to travel a lot. I just parked there and took a cab for my local travel.

Great location, decent hotel and friendly staff

The breakfast said it starts at 7:30 so had intended to go then, however there was nothing out, even the water for making tea was cold. We came back around 8 and some food was there but very disappointed in the breakfast.

I did not expect this type of hospitality especially to ladies! The staff members are courteous, helpful and ready to provide any assistance! Sometimes we check in star hotels but do not receive such welcome!!

Yes one thing that happened we were cheated by taxi drivers. If the hotel could provide contact details of good honest taxi drivers it would be helpful to foreigners!

Location, cleanliness and availability of in-house restaurant.

Area outside the hotel was not clean. As was mentioned in the booking I would get 10% discount on my food bill, I didn’t get that.

highly recommended, very clean and spacious room. the staff are very polite and helpful. The restaurant is very good and has reasonable prices. It is also located in a very good location in south Mumbai, close to many attractions. the bathroom is clean and has lots of hot water. The wifi is also very good. Sahil is very nice and he will help you with anything you want. If you’re going to Mumbai this is the place to stay.

The hotel is very clean, safe and there is someone at the front desk at all times. The staff is extremely competent and kind. The breakfast was very tasty with some indian dishes, omlette and jams. Rooms are smaller, but still equipped with all the necessary furniture which is new. I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel, hygiene level and the staff.

It can be a bit loud in the hotel, but we slept without an issue most of the nights.
