Everything was good and comfortable. Facilities were good and all provided as requested. Breakfast was good, special shoutout and appreciation to Ms Savita for the live breakfast counter - polite, quick and smiling. Housekeeping staffs were amazing, and always getting things smiling and quickly. Overall good experience and recommend for stay with family

Checkin could have been made more comfortable. Felt the reception staffs were little rude and non welcoming when arrived at the property. However, were accomodating once checked in. Bathrooms could be made better by making it more private than having sliding doors

The rooms can be improvised further through improved decor. Though the bathrooms were clean, ample evidence showed the extensive wear and tear.

Had a wonderful stay at the sahil hotel! The rooms were clean and felt very safe, and the location was perfect – close to a variety of restaurants and shops, including McDonald’s for quick coffee (they only offer instant coffee at the hotel which is acceptable as i noticed most hotels do this perhaps not many coffee drinkers in India). The hotel has a small gym, and there are also several other gyms nearby if you want more options. Despite being very busy during our visit everything was well controlled. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind throughout our visit. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and hope to return soon, as we truly enjoyed our stay!

All the staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. The room was nice with all the latest mod cons. Bed and pillows were really comfortable. I was provided with extra pillows, iron, and board upon request. Restaurant staff were very accommodating to my request.

The vanity area was a little awkward, as there was no door to separate the room. I was staying with my cousin brother and it was a little uncomfortable. The semi see through doors were nice but an issue, as only one person can use that area at any one time. There were also a couple of technical issues, which was unexpected but was solved straight away.

The staff are very welcoming and very helpful, from the security, stewards, reception staff, all of them. Rooms are nice, with minibar items at reasonable rates. The location is very good for shopping. The main markets are nearby and easily accessible. The food served at Bluet and Rivaaz is very delicious and value for money.

Lovely hotel with a nice breakfast in the heart of Mumbai. Comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Luxman was excellent at keeping my room clean daily!

The wifi connection was poor and dropped out, requiring me to log in regularly using their gateway which was a pain. We also asked the hotel to book us a taxi to the airport at 3pm and confirmed it with them multiple times. But at 3:15pm when we asked where the taxi was they said they’d book it now, the delay nearly caused us to miss our flights.

The breakfast was good, but it only catered to Asian visitors. The hotel could add some aspects of Western food, like sausages. I must commend the staff for agreeing with my suggestion to provide sausages, which I enjoyed.

The hotel building and facilities are old, but well maintained and not unpleasant. Above all, I was impressed by the employees, who were very friendly and pleasant to serve. Breakfast is good and the restaurant attached to the hotel is very good. It was a memorable hotel and I would like to go back one day.

I wish the building and equipment were newer.

Good location near a railway station., easy access to various attractions by local taxi. All the staff were professional and helpful. Nice room with a good shower. Air-conditioning worked well. Excellent breakfast choices . Would stay again .

No opportunity for early check in but the hotel stored the bags until 2pm
