We didn’t have a local SIM card or internet yet, but we asked the taxi driver to call, and a hotel staff member met us at the crossroads. At check-in, we were offered a small room with windows facing the street, but they promptly changed it to another room that suited us better. The room included complimentary water, shampoo, soap, and towels. It was clean, and there were no insects. The staff was friendly, responsive, and quick to assist with our requests. The location is good: within a 5-minute walk, there’s a pharmacy, grocery store, currency exchange, and market. A mobile service shop is about 10 minutes away. The elevator worked perfectly. Hot water was available.

The hotel is hard to find. The entrance is narrow and unmarked outside, with the sign only visible inside, so you need to look closely. However, the location matches the pin on Google Maps. Breakfast is quite simple and consists of spicy omelette and bread. On the second day, we asked for a less spicy omelette, but it was still too spicy for Europeans. If you want a regular omelette, make sure to request no green chili. The timing of breakfast is worth noting: it takes a while to prepare, and even when ordered in advance, it was served only by 10 AM.

Property seems to be newly renovated, so pretty clean. If it’s maintained like that, this is a great place to stay. Absolutely recommended.

Stay is good when you are using it just to rest and spend the time outside in the city.

Great location really helpful team who tried their hardest to make our stay very comfortable always smiling. The room was lovely. Air-conditioning was fabulous - we were in the centre of Mumbai which was exactly what we wanted.

The location is in heart of the city and we travelled for Ganapati and this is the best location you can think of.

Lift service was not available in late night hours and early morning hours. Need to keep it 24/7

The staff is good..cleanliness is good and the cost of the room felt small ,but as it in Mumbai I think it's only included in this budget over all Good and comfortable stay
