The rooms are very neat and clean..and spacious too.. The room has an electric kettle for tea and coffee.. Had to call the technician twice for the TV.. Not too many channels available... Bathroom is small but comfortable.. Only liquid soaps are provided by the hotel.. No other toiletries.. The restaurants are good but overpriced.. The breakfast is not worth eating.. Food is not tasty.. Location of the hotel is good..chowpaty is at a walking distance..Nariman point is about 10-15 mins drive by cab.. Overall a good place to stay.. Would highly recommend the hotel. Staff is very helpful..

The taste of food is not great.. The poha was too bland.. Sambar and misal were too watery.. The restaurant is too crowded during breakfast so service is poor..

The hotel is very conveniently located. Near the train station and also has ample parking space inside the building. The breakfast is sumptuous and the sizes of the room made our stay comfortable. The rooms are very quiet, enabling a very rested night in the heart of Mumbai. Mr. Sanjeev Tiwari at the Flute restaurant was very hospitable and helpful to my family. The price of the hotel is absolute value for money.

Location is good, and breakfast was great. A lot of different options, and went on until 10.30am which meant we didn’t have to wake up at dawn to eat like in other places. Staff were very friendly, and helpful and attentive at all times. Room was clean, and bedsheets and towels were changed and fresh everyday. We were on the 10th floor, and the views were pretty cool too!

The bathroom, although clean for the most part, the shower/bathtub was dirty.

Excellent location with lovely restaurant serving breakfast with different variety every day and service was impeccable .Nothing was too much trouble for them and room service was good too .Liked the hotel very much .Will definitely visit again at the hotel .

Had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is perfect for those who want to be around Worli and Mumbai Central, with easy access to nearby attractions. The service was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was comfortable. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. Premium service. Room is wonderful. Washrooms are so big that someone could actually live inside of them. No insects, it's very clean, all the A/C working. Good view from room and elevators. Only problem was that i saw "free breakfast" badge on booking.com page when arrived and next morning i found out that there is no free breakfast for me because it eas not actually included. So i had to pay around 15$ for breakfast? I had choice not to paybofbcourse and to go to places nearby. I dont remember, i just paid and drank bathroom-size volume of the watermelon juice and eberything they had on "as much as you can eat" section. I took different hotel to stay for longer time because of my reasons but i wish these guys all the verg best.

The staff were amazing and helpful. specially Mr. Rajesh and the girl in reception.dont rememver her Name I think its Ms. Navya. They were very helpful and very kind to me.. The rooms are nice and clean.

Stayed alone with my 19 month old daughter as a pit stop before continuing my onward journey by train. CST is very closento the hotel, making the location super convenient. Hotel is fabulous and super safe and good value for money. Staff catered to our every need. Would 100% stay here again.

The breakfast was superb and different variety every day .Staff did a good job and the manager Mr Sanjay Tiesri looked after my wife and me doing an excellent job.He is an asset to the company ..Nothing was too much trouble for him .Good location as well.

Reception was very poor .Extra staff required .We had to wait for half an hour for check in and the room was not ready till 13.00 hrs.even we stayed 17 days at the hotel .Wi fi and signal problems made us very uncomfortable every day We could not make phone calls or access our e mail .This is not acceptable at any costs
