Modern and clean rooms, friendly staff! Everything was perfect. Would stay again!

Hotel is good in general. Good bedroom size, excelent shower, Wi-Fi was ok goes up and down in our room 104 but after 1 or 2 days stayed stable, could be a bit stranger but worked at least. Breakfast is ok too, they have many options and it is served at the room. You need to check at the reception to see what options they have. Hotel entrance on the firt day was a bit trick but you get used. It is just beside the shoe bazar shop in a narrow lane. They provide a good bedroom service always asking to clean the room and changing the towels. All staffs were excellent helpful and polite. It is near to Grant Road train/metro station, 10 minutes walking and 15/20 by taki to India Gateway.

There were couple of baby cockroaches but only on the 1st and 2nd day.

There are 3 to 4 rooms near to reception, but guys in the reception and room service are watching reels and playing games and literally shouting, i already saw the same complaint in google review.. Please inform them to be silent in reception. Literally no peace for the rooms around the reception

Clean and comfortable bed. Extremely helpful staff. Extra towels were there. Mini soap bar and shampoo sachet were given. The location is good as it is near the main road only very close to a junction There are many good shops including Metro, mochis and sweet shops on the ground floor. This is a decent 2-3 star accommodation. Highly economical (value for money).

There are many small shops(between the road and the hotel) in front of the hotel. So the hotel entrance is not easy to locate at night. So for ladies travelling alone please ask reception to send some one (if you are coming at night) to take you inside.. The receptionist and staff were very helpful.

The staff working there is really good and helpful and were finding all kinds of solutions for me. The property entrance is a bit of a stretch as to find it but once you do it’s really value for money stay and breakfast choices were good too. Must try if looking for a stay in that location

Location was good. Selected the place because of the proximity to my work. Rooms are neat and clean. Very friendly staff

The entrance is quite narrow and easily missable. Especially at night since adjacent shop keepers hang their wares on the sign, obstructing it. The room i was alloted is good for solo travel, but will get cramped if traveling with family because there's not enough space to keep luggage and move about comfortably.

Room Cleanliness Staff Room Service Tea - was the best

The view outside our windows (Room 103) We had requested for a earlier check in, when called at 10 am was told we can be there in another half an hour, but the room was not given until 11:45, when asked was told according to your check in the time was 12. The entrance to the hotel is in a bad shape and stinks.

The management was not accessible. We had chance in our travel plan . Wanted to reach the management to request for a refund for 1 night. Neither the Hotel counter staff nor the online link was of no help

appreciated the cuisine, the cordial employees, and their willingness to assist in any way. Evenings and weekends, the room boy was extra helpful. We occasionally struggled with language, but they were patient with us, which helped.
