Adiva Residency is a new hotel in Grant Road, which stands out in that area. I spent a full week at the hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and offers an exquisite view of the town. The hotel offers decent breakfast, and room service was satisfactory. The hotel staff, from reception to housekeeping, were very polite, approachable and helpful. Our check-in and check-out were smooth. I really appreciated Shikna and Vicky. They are humble, extremely helpful and pleasant. It’s easy to communicate with them. Outside of the hotel, there are numerous restaurants, tea shops and a vivid market, where you can easily buy affordable clothing items. You will also find an abundance of street food outside of the hotel. On the street, you will also find interesting items on sale, including luggages, shoes, mobile accessories and so on. I used to go out for walks, with my family, every now and then along the road, especially at night.

In contrast to other hotels in that area, I found the price was a bit high. The hotel doesn’t offer lunch and dinner, but I believe they are getting prepared for this.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. They welcome you everyday and everytime they see you. If they see you carrying bags, they offer to help. All their staffs are very good and whenever you approach them for help, they will do their best to help and support you. As a female solo traveller, I find the hotel very safe and the staffs are very supportive. The hotel is very clean and housekeeping is excellent. Special thanks to vicky, prabhant and sachin. I do not recall other names There are security guards around the hotel and they are nice and helpful too

There are no bad comments. The hotel is pricey but service level is excellent too

Very nice hotel located at a very good location. everything needed on day to day basis was all available without needing to cross the street. Pharmacy, Supermarkets, shopping, streetfood, cabs, etc Staff are very well trained and very helpful. From the reception team, the kitchen team, room service and upto the security guards - all welcomed and treated us very nicely.

my bad experience was when i arrived 7am and i met the night shift staff who was not very welcoming and rude. He overcharged me on early check-in as well overcharged me on overall stay. At 7am after a long flight he tells me it is what it is or come check-in at 2pm - at that time where do i go with my 2 kids both under 3 years? Thanks to Nasir or Vikas - very helpful guys during the day shifts - later helped me out and gave me discounts to get to my original price.

The rooms are of a good size. The shower area in the bathroom was separate from the water closet. The room was clean. The housekeeping also was very good specially Mumtaz. The restaurant staff also were very courteous specially Shradha and Amit.

They do not allow outside food. The foods available in their restaurant are quite limited in choice and they are pricy as compared to same foods in other restaurants. They should allow outside food.

Everything was perfect; the only area for improvement is the breakfast items.

I booked a room for two adults, but I was surprised to learn that the reservation was actually for one person, resulting in an additional charge of $250.

Great location for local markets and nearby sight seeing. Good standards compared to nearby hotels. Clean and comfy beds. Provided all necessary toiletries to make stay comfortable. Staff are helpful.

Management at breakfast can be improved, service can be slow and abit disorganised when the hall is packed with guests. Had issues with TV and had to remind multiple times to fix. Room service can be improved. Lift wait time can be annoying.

I liked the hotel. It looks good, clean, polite staff. Bed is very comfortable. Shower is good.

It's a bit noisy because the road is close. Still didn't bother us a lot. we could sleep even without earplugs. The air conditioner in our room sometimes made laud noise. I'd recommend having breakfast before 9:20. It gets crowded in the end

Excellent hotel, superb, supportive and caring staff members. Kudos to the GM-Mr. Parvez, Mr. Nasir, Mr. Fuzail Khan Mr. Intazul Haque and their colleagues made us feel like an extended family. Took so much care of us. I would give Adiva Beacon Residency 100 stars in every aspect, be it the Environment, the Hospitality, Comfort, Luxury, Amenities, Food everything is exceptional, fantastic and fantabulous☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

Though a bit crowded, the location was central, and the crowds of people, shops, restaurants, and fruit stalls was great. The restaurant Delhi Durbar is a place to eat at at least once.

Entering the hotel lobby from the side wasn't great. The flooring to the hotel entrance was slippery, a high risk of slipping and falling. The food offering at breakfast was so so.
