The location is good. Near to the market, Marine drive etc. Easy access to public transport. Hotel Rooms - Room was clean and tidy. Small in size for two people but was good. Great for solo travelers. Staff - Very good and helpful. We reached early so they provided a room for freshening up and even you can ask for early check-in if rooms are available. Overall - Good place to stay if you are going for a 1-2 day trip to Mumbai.

Hotel Exterior - Building is quite old but I think most buildings in Mumbai are like that. Hotel Rooms - As the room is small in size for two people, so if you have more luggage then it will be difficult to manage otherwise no problem.

The hotel is at a good location and accessible by all means of transport. Quiet a nice hotel for a budget stay considering the location. Very friendly staff and helpful. Rooms are good for two with one kid max. 3 adults or more than a kid would be a little difficult. Otherwise, good hotel.

The big disappointment would be that the hotel is hidden in an old building, making it difficult to believe at first sight of a hotel at a building. But the staff helps you to realize otherwise. No qualms otherwise

It was good for family being close to attraction points such as marine drive and chowpaty beach. Rooms were clean and beddings were good. Reception desk was quite cooperative and other staff members were supportive.

The building where the hotel is situated gives the feel of very old, non-maintained property. On first look, It is very hard to believe that a good hotel could be there inside that building. Entry and staircases need to be transformed.

Awesome location and old but well managed property.

Was given a shabby room with non working TV, broken shower/ tap, dirty pillow (one of them), upholstery/linen looked to be not replaced as they looked dirty. Good effort in managing the property though. Staff was initially cooperative but turned reluctant when asked for mentioned services like iron which they took good time to address to.

Comfortable living environment and most importantly the staff are excellent and treat customers like family I would be happy to come again Convenient transportation, very close to the station
