My stay in Orient palace was very comfortable , its location is very good with lots of good shops and restaurants around . The breakfast is also very good . Its good value for money .

The breakfast was not good . Bread and boiled egg were in daily basis . They really have to improve the quality. Also the they have to educate the staffs in the dining area as they were sounding very loudly .

Room was to small & Dirty wash room also tv, phone & fridge not working bed sheet are not clean

I booked a hotel in the final price of 6674 rs in booking.com but they added 1200 rs more to it..

Room was good in size and clean too. Wifi was good, Breakfast very very bad. Hotel staff serving without smile and look very unsatisfied and just working as they bound to work. Otherwise rooms now better than earlier , location superb and hotel quite clean now and good. Service need to improve and should serve with smile means better hospitality. May they their salary vry low thats why they are not happy.

Breadfast bery bad, need to add little fruit salad, one juice and paratha/roti with sabji or Puri/sabji. And also staff are looks horribe dissatisfied face .
