Attitude and way of talking of staff and receptionist are very nice and well converse about the Mumbai transportation systems. Yes room are very nice and clean although it's congested but ok according to circumstances of mumbai. One things yes breakfast was so nice and delicious.

Services are not well. I ordered food but they didn't deliver on time they took 2 hours for single time food delivery as well as during shower i could not get hot water.

The bed was ok and the staff was decent, it was easy to get taxi from front of the hotel

The room are extremely small, and had cockroaches in it. The washroom was clean though. The bedding was also broken and i was scared to sleep in there blanket seeing cockroach over them. The entire area was in a non vegetarian muslim area, so for a vegetarian person ift was horrible experience location vise.

You don't expect luxury for 24 Dollars a night, but this was definitely sub-standard. Very tiny and scruffy room with stained bed sheets. The shower did not work, so you are supposed to tip the lukewarm-only water over your hat out of a plastic cup. Came back in the night and the room was full of cockroach.es The "highlight" was a piece of mouse/rat shit on the bed. The room was not cleaned by the staff in two days, altough I reminded them. Rude and unwelcoming behaviour of the receptionist who refused to issue receipts upon payment ("We will give you the bill when you check out"). Avoid!

Bed, we had bedbugs bite all over our body, Couldn't sleep whole night. And we informed about this issue to the hotel staffs and also complained on Booking.com customer care but no action was taken. Very poor customer service from the Booking.com team. And the hotel area is very worst. Unsafe to stay here. I am not recommending this property to anyone in the future
