We found this hotel as an ideal place with very co operative staff, neat and clean rooms and value for money.

Slow lift and small space in room

we are too tired when we reach. its quite early and the check in time is 12noon. they let us see the room 1st. located at 2nd floor & the lift not working. due to the top level. we can see the stain at the ceiling. the room quite small for 3 person. hotel located toward end of the road. can walk just be careful. its a good place if u just come to sleep.

should reduce the price for this type of room & location. website say say pay using credit card but cannot. please prepare your cash.

The hotel is well located in a quiet area but near the historic buildings, museum & Gateway of India.

The hotel is older & would be more lovely after a renovation.

Complaint Regarding Hotel Booking Experience on 14th July 2024 I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent hotel booking experience made via Booking.com. On 14th July 2024, I booked a hotel for 1.5 days at a displayed charge of 2800 Rs. However, upon arrival, I was charged 2800 Rs for only one night. I was traveling with my family, and this discrepancy caused significant inconvenience. Furthermore, the reception staff treated me very poorly during this time. Despite my attempts to discuss the matter, they were uncooperative and informed me that no discount would be provided. To make matters worse, at approximately 11:00 PM, the staff told me to find another hotel, reiterating that no discount would be given. This experience left me feeling very distressed and dissatisfied. I had already made the payment but felt deeply uncomfortable and mistreated. I request a thorough investigation into this matter and appropriate action to be taken to address the poor service and incorrect charges. I also seek a refund for the overcharged amount and compensation for the inconvenience caused. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Inconvenience Late at Night: At approximately 11:00 PM, the staff suggested that I find another hotel, which was highly inconvenient and unprofessional. These issues collectively made the experience very unpleasant and stressful for me and my family.
