The location is perfect and the staff are very helpful. It was the cheapest option we could find in Mumbai and it’s as we expected. We then wanted to stay in Mumbai because we loved it so much so we upgraded to one of the rooms on the front which were more expensive but a lot nicer as you got some natural light and a small balcony space. The hotel was really lovely and when you take the stairs instead of the lift you can peer into all the kitchens and there is a lot going on - which I like in a hotel. It feels like it has some personality.

Wi-Fi is a bit on and off. Which I have found in 7 out of 10 budget hotels in India to be honest.

We booked two rooms in New Bangle Hotel on Booking.com was accepted that rooms are in Crawford Inn Hotel Cuz two hotels are in same building then at arrival the Recepion person told us we booked on new bangle Hotel then at extra amount they changed our booking

Very kind hotel manager and all staff . I requested for 5 hours extra stay they allowed me without any extra charge.even I offered for extra pay. I found very friendly and helpful staff. Very close from crowford market and other shopping areas. I will use again this Hotel.

Initially the room booked was not in the frontside, hence I upgraded the room because there was no option for selecting frontside with balcony room. Toilerties etc except towel and soap were not provixed. The room services was good

The food supplied from the attsched restaurent was very much in higher side.

Very close to shopping area. On main road. Close to CST.

Rooms must need to tidy up The door lock is not safe. Close after many times trying. Lobby's area is very messy.

Need more selection of breakfast

Room was smelling of cigarette Please have no smoking and smoking room separately

Bathroom.....gets wet easily....needs shower curtain or a mop for guest use.

Enjoyed the stay at Hotel New Bengal. Rameez and the entire staff was really helpful throughout the stay. They made sure the check in was smooth and all the services were flawless.
