Central, happening location, great views from 6th floor terrace to enjoy sunset and the action around Victoria Train Stn, very clean shared WC, clean linens/towels, hot water in nice rain shower, had my own coffee & they supplied water anytime. A/C worked great. I also checked a room with private WC, and they are good, but I liked being up on the 7th floor to enjoy the breeze and action of Mumbai. Very safe for a single woman. Good veg restaurant below.

Ceilings low where economy single rooms located on upper floors. No problem for me, but wouldn't suit someone over 6ft. Prices stated at hotel reception lower than my supposed genius level 3 deal on the booking site. Not a hotel issue, but booking should do better. I plan to return.

Location couldn't be better, clean, really kind and friendly staff. I was alone but felt completely safe. With a 6th floor room I had a stunning view. The attached restaurant was also excellent for local food. Absolutely perfect.

The room was good for people under 6' tall. Talker people would have to bend over! I would have liked a kettle in the room as tea and coffee were only available from room service (the restaurant) early in the day.

Hotel in very good localization. Very helpful Staff. Clean and well equipped room. We arrived before check in time at 8 in the morning and we received the room which was amazing after night spent in plane. We slept in two rooms, one with bathroom outside and one in bathroom inside. We prefered inside bathroom, even this outside was very clean. It was not a problem to left the luggages after check out.

Rooms without bathroom have very low ceiling, only about 175cm. My husband is 190 and it was very uncomfortable for him. Rooms in general are small.

A decent hotel, with an excellent location right opposite CST. The room, bedding and bathroom were quite clean and looked fresh All fittings worked as expected. My room had a large window with a nice view onto the junction outside the station which was a bonus.

Would have been nice if complimentary water bottles were kept in the rooms. The room wasn’t completely soundproofed, so traffic noise does leak in. That wasn’t a problem for me personally, but your mileage may vary.

Stayed here as I had an early morning train the next day. For the station it is perfectly located. Room was very compact, but clean and functional. Perfectly ok for a short stay.

I wasn't that keen on sharing the bathroom, but that was my choice as I wanted a cheap room.

I have stayed at City Hotel for the second time now. The hotel is relatively new and clean. The bedrooms are small, but sufficient for a comfortable sleep. The shower has strong water pressure, and the air conditioning works well. The staff is enthusiastic and provides good service.

Just down the hotel is the restaurant, that’s pure veg. 4 mins to CSMT station, 5-6 taxis anytime on the go, Zomato/Swiggy allowed, Family friendly! In short a really nice place to stay.

Better than expected for the price. Very good location near the train station. Clean and comfortable.

The noise from outside in the morning - it was so loud even with the windows closed and ear plugs. However it is central Mumbai so to be expected to some extended.

The location of the property is very convenient for the people who are traveling to mumbai for both shopping and site seeing. I liked where the hotel is located.

There are not many things, that i didn't like about the hotel , could have had a mirror in the room and more cleaner pillow sheets.

The location was perfect to walk to the "Gateway of India", Taj Hotel, Leopards Cafe, Marin Drive, Church Gate. It is also close to a main Rain Terminal. The hotel was clean, rooms had AC. Staff were helpful and polite.
