Foremost the cost at which the room was listed and from my previous experiences I was not expecting much. We were just hoping to stay overnight at a good location close to all landmarks. The room, bathroom and the property overall was very clean and all basic necessities were available. Had hot running water in the morning for as long as we needed. Yes, the room we stayed in was a little smaller but at the price we paid compared to the extremely higher prices in this area and considering how well the rooms were maintained, I would say it was value deal.

This was a surprise find during a corporate stay. Located in the heart of Fort area in Mumbai, this is not a five-star property, but a budgeted hotel if you are looking to access all nearby areas in Fort be it Causeway, Colaba, Kala Ghoda, Worli etc. Rooms are very small but cleanliness is 5/5. No in-house restaurant but all eateries are around.

It’s not a big, 5 star hotel after all, but you could see they did their best to keep the room clean and presentable. Very hardworking, dedicated staff.

Well, a separate shower area would’ve been good, but there was no space in the bathroom! For the price, it is great value.

Excellent location - within walking distance from all the sights of the old city and the embankment, friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms, new furniture, air conditioning and hot water.

Reception manager, Alam is really good person. He is so kind and significantly informative. He gave a lot of information about restaurants and secret spot that only local people know. You can easily find tha this hotel is located super convinient and safe area for all tourist. Although I know there are several luxury hotel in Mumbai, I strongly recommend this hotel because of its good value for money.

The location is just too good. Right in the middle of the historic Fort area of Mumbai. If you love European style buildings then this is definitely the place you should stay. It's a cozy little hotel. Only 13 rooms. Two rooms in each floor. No restaurant, no room service, but then it's in the middle of everything. There's a very good restaurant for your breakfast or lunch and it's super cheap as well.

Everything is small in South Mumbai, so don't expect space in the room or the bathroom or the lift. If you are okay with that you should like it. It's clean, staff are well behaved. So nothing to worry.

The hotel was cozy enough for our expectations. They upgraded my room free if cost which was very nice of them. They were very helpful and would recommend them for a budget stay in Mumbai

The only thing I would say is that the location might be a bit uncomfortable due to construction issues. Otherwise they were great.
