The location is near Marina drive. Close to many attractions. Breakfast was good

The building is old. However it is clean and neat.

This is a truly great property. The rooms are large, the bathroom is fully functional and the staff are outstanding. Rooms were made up each day with clean linen and towels, the view of the oceanfront was picturesque and the rooms were very comfortable. We asked assistance from the staff is a variety of areas. Each time they responded quickly with good advice/information and exceeded our expectations. This was a real find and qualifies as the best hotel in 4 weeks and 8 hotels.

The breakfast was great but a little cool by the time we got it and there was no masala chai.

Good location, right around the corner from Churchgate on Marin Drive. The hotel is in a 1940 art Deco building. Packed full of period features with large rooms and high ceilings. The furniture is a bit 1970's but solid and comfortable. Many rooms have balconies with a sea view.

It's a pity that they did not have their own resturant, there is a good coffee shop however.

Large, very clean, nicely decorated room, with good size bathroom. Everything worked, even the reading lights by the beds! Breakfast was basic, but having it brought to your room was a nice touch. Could see the sunset over the bay from the balcony.

As a solo traveller I would have preferred a double bed to two singles, as they were a bit narrow, but it was comfortable enough.

The location is outstanding and we had sea view rooms, which was the biggest plus point. Only you have to choose an upper floor room for the mesmerising sea view, which we had. Car parking is also available, which is a boon. The staff is exceptionally courteous and helpful in all respects. The hotel building is a period building with large, square, high ceiling rooms. Room and bathroom was very clean. Hot & cold water was available, there was provision of tea in the room, drinking water was provided and as a pleasant surprise, we were given a welcome hamper with dry snacks & soft drinks. Happy!! The breakfast was sumptuous with fresh bread and freshly prepared omelettes with a fruit and tea in a flask. Perfect! Overall, it was an excellent stay and we will recommend to all. Thanks.

Nothing wrong with the property only it’s online details need improvement. The rooms listing on website should clearly mention the location and number of sea view rooms available on EVERY FLOOR, this will help to book appropriate rooms in advance.

Everything was great. The view and location is to die for. Everything is pretty clean. Put some seating in the balcony and we wouldn’t even leave our room. The view is to absolutely die for.

The balconies can be cleaner and the washrooms a bit more updated. It’s clean mostly, but dirt from wear and tear is evident which can be a put off.

Third time at this property and never disappoints. Staff is amazing, the view is to die for and the rooms are old but very very clean. It’s worth every penny.

Only renovation that is needed would be to separate a dry and wet area in the bathrooms. Some of the new rooms already have that. Otherwise literally everything is great.

Fantastic Sea view from the balcony. Central location but no food courts / restaurants around except Coffee Day and a Pizza House. Taxi availability is poor. Nothing great about break fast, but basic stuff supplied in the rooms as the hotel does not have a restaurant or a dinning area.

The location was perfect – 10 minutes walk from the bank and lawyer's office I needed to visit each day. Staff very helpful and efficient, really felt welcome and wanted. Spacious room, as requested on the quiet side. Occasionally (on match days) very noisy because my 1st floor balcony overlooked one of the entrances to, and was overshadowed by, the Brabourne Cricket Stadium – but that was fun noise and was over by 10.30pm.

The window and doors onto the balcony were not very secure and the wi-fi was not secure. I had some important and difficult to replace legal documents with me, but I needed them with me most of the time anyway, so carrying them with me always was not a problem.
