The Hotel was in a perfect location and the staff went out of there way to help us enjoy our stay.The twin room with sea view was spacious, clean and perfect for what we required.The roof top pool and bar were great with perfect views over Marine drive.The food in all restaurants was very good(a mixture of local cuisine and western food).I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel — everything was beyond excellent. I traveled for medical treatment and had specific concerns regarding dust allergies and dietary restrictions. From the moment I checked in, the staff showed exceptional care and attentiveness. Special thanks to Mr. Srijeeth and Mr. Ali for making the check-in process smooth and outstanding. The team went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, ensuring my room was perfectly clean and comfortable. They even took the time to suggest safe dining options that matched my food allergies, which meant a lot to me. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was calm, welcoming, and full of warmth. My room had a beautiful view that made my recovery feel more peaceful. I’m truly grateful for their kindness — it made a big difference in my stay. Highly recommended!

Difficult to get a drink whilst at roof top pool and there was a confusion over a taxi to take us to the airport which was easily resolved but not what you want at 6am

Our Stay with Intercontinental was excellent. The location is amazing and so is the staff. Staff at the reception was very polite and friendly. Chinmay from reception was very efficient and supportive. Room has excellent view of ocean and it was blissful environment. Staff at the Breakfast room was very warm. And welcoming. Every one of them, Sahil, अशांत, संगम, Imelda,Alan , Chef Alicia, Sunil, Atul, each of them was friendly and welcoming. Stay was fantastic.

The breakfast was amazing - a delicious and wide selection of local & international offerings, and a very pleasant environment in which to start the day. We sat outside on the terrace each morning. Apart from the pesky crows, it was really lovely. Great service too! Room service was excellent, and my room was superb - the bed was one of the comfiest I have ever slept in!

There was a slightly stale, sour smell in the passages, they need to be aired! Also, the air in my room was a little stuffy, in spite of air-con. Still it was really comfortable, and a welcome, calm, spacious sanctuary from the Mumbai action!

The hotel is beautifully situated right on Marine Drive with a sea view. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable, and clean. The bed is comfortable and the pillows are good. The staff goes above and beyond. We had a diner at the Sobo restaurant. The food was exceptionally delicious. Special thanks to the breakfast team: Sangam, Imelda, Alan, and Horende. Every morning they prepare delicious eggs, sandwiches, and pancakes. We had a great stay. Thank you all.

Swimming pool is only open until 5pm.

The venue was in an excellent location. It was extremely useful for the key parts of Mumbai, all within good walking distance, plus right next to the sea - visible from the restaurant and when outside. It was a great place where I could meet up with a friend and easily explore the key parts of South Mumbai, in short distance, on foot. The venue was well run with a smart, stylish, kind of Indian/Asian chic interior. There was a stunning rooftop bar in the venue. My one regret is not being there for longer, to experience it more! It offered a beautiful drinks and food collection and stunning views over the sea for sunset. That day I was there, there was a beautiful sunset and I would have loved to do it again (and been there earlier). In fact, my friend, who was showing me around Mumbai, was the one who told me about the rooftop bar. The indoor restaurant, is also intimate and very nice. It has a near complete view of the sea. It has some outdoor seating, but this is always taken very quickly in the morning and I did not fancy getting up extra early on holiday! In both the restaurant and the rooftop bar, they offered very good dietary options. In particular, there were a number of Vegan options on the menu in the rooftop bar (although, I did not have time to have them as we were going on to dinner elsewhere) and in the restaurant, they made me a beautiful Oatmeal/Oatmilk porridge in the morning, which was delicious. Plus, they had a beautiful fruit selection. The room had all amenities, including a powerful shower and toilet, comfy, firm bed and good laundry service. I also liked the useful amount of shower and similar products and pressable bottles in the shower. There were also other items, such as a pen and pad, suitcase stand, fridge, comfy chair and other useful facilities and items. The room was a very good size. I would certainly consider this venue again, the next time I am in Mumbai.

The WiFi needs to be examined in the rooms. The WiFi worked very well in the restaurant, rooftop bar and entrance area. This was very useful in the mornings and evenings, when responding to messages or planning my day. However, due to the very patchy and limited (low) coverage in the room, I had to stay, downstairs, in the main entrance area by the front door, in the evenings, to send messages or make WiFi calls to family back home or for other activities (flight checkins, event bookings, etc.). This is something easy that can be looked at.

Reception staff were fabulous! A very warm welcome from the moment we arrived. A rooftop bar- the DOME was THE best part of Mumbai @ sunset! Incredible views of marine Drive and the Queens necklace- superb! Close to the Taj Palace Hotel and gateway to India. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was enormous with a tub and separate shower.

The service at breakfast was a little hit and miss during our 4 night stay. One day service was good- the next- we were virtually ignored. The rooms are nice but it's all a little dated for the price.

All the staff - at the door, the reception were exceptionally warm and helpful. They made the extra effort to have a casual chat with me and made me feel comfortable. The rooms were impeccably clean. I ordered room service which was very quick too. And they were also extremely kind to give me a room upgrade - a sea view suit!! I love the location too - bang opposite to the marine drive - my favourite place in Mumbai!! I can write so much more - but will save my notes for the next review - as I soon will be visiting again!

Excellent location, staff very friendly, nice and clean room, good breakfast with local options... pretty much there was nothing that we didnt like

There was a particular event that we found very weird. In the middle of our stay we got waken up (not very nice since we were resting with a bit of Jet lag) with a call from front desk asking us to please come down to do a pre-autohorization deposit to cover our whole stay plus additonal possible costs we might incurre during it.... when actually we have already paid for the first night and left our credit card. It felt like if they didn't believe us that we will be able to pay at the end of our stay. If it wasnt for this incident, I would have rate them with a 10
