Our stay West end hotel has been very comfortable as well as logical at the same time. Since it’s a heritage hotel we were transported to a different time of hotel experience. Rooms were spacious and well ventilated. Housekeeping has been top notch - they were polite and very quick in action to our ad hoc requests. In-house Food is also good. Since the hotel is in South Mumbai every major attraction in South is a stone throw away. Uber cabs - white and yellow are easily available. Very much recommended - comfort wise, location wise and even price wise.

Old world charm, very helpful and staff with warmth, the restaurant food was freshly made and felt like homemade food, service was very good. Super comfortable and spacious rooms. Location for the Colaba and Churchgate area is fantastic.

The restaurant definitely needs a revamp. It is in a Very sad state but the service and food was excellent. Interiors should match up as well.

Location was fabulous although the street it is on, is a little chaotic. The restaurant staff were very nice and helpful. The building is a beautiful old building and I found it incredibly charming and tidy though not fancy at all.

The daytime reception staff were rude, and unhelpful. The food was exceptionally tasty albeit not extensive variety. The bar was basic but served basic drinks.

Loved the dedicated staff and their commitment to making the stay as smooth as possible. I was able to check in early and this made the start of a busy trip a lot smoother. If you are looking for a home away from home there can be no better place in the city.

I think a good face lift to the whole place is long overdue but in all honesty, the location, the staff and the overall experience was not at all hindered by any of that.

the service is ok.

we were given a room whose ac was not good , the receptionist named Francis during day straightaway said he doesn’t have any other rooms, didn’t even try to accommodate. this situation we were in was that they have rooms under renovation and was very poorly handled by the management. then we got a room which was very big on the non-renovated side which we were not happy with. later , we only asked to have the same room back once the ac is repaired.

Nice hotel for Mumbai, as far as I can tell. The neighborhood is a little random but the location is pretty good -- not far from Colaba, etc. My room was upgraded when I arrived because the normal-type rooms were full, so I got lucky there. Excellent breakfast every morning and a helpful staff. The room charge was a little bit more than I like to pay but I think Mumbai is pricey in general.

well maintained heritage hotel. nice resteraunt , good hearty breakfast enjoyable. Good location in South Mumbai.also loved the hot water available at all times. v. courteous staff. An old world charm too.

The bath facilities in the bathroom were not that senior citizen friendly. Suggest you have bath cubicles for seniors particularly. the balancing in the bathtub was a challenge. the commodes were very low too

When I checked in the room alloted to me was not cleaned and the previous occupants towels were lying around. Only when I strongly objected, I was alloted another room

Location is good as its located in south Mumbai business district as well as tourist area, I have stayed many times in this property since year 2000 and it has always met my expectation, the property is old but the up-keep is good, the rooms are quite spacious.

Property needs some renovation.

Breakfast was fine but I feel the hotel should cater more nonveg dishes. The service was excellent. The Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend friends. Location of the hotel is fine but many beggars outside the Hotel.

They charged me twice for Laundry but after I checked I was refunded back after my return to the hotel a couple of days later.
