So, if you want a reasonably priced, centrally located hotel - this place is it. I've lost count of the number of times I've stayed here in the 35+ years I've been visiting India. They've expanded considerably during that time, taking more and more floors of the building and considerably upgrading the standard of the rooms - now very decent indeed, and now minus the smell of mothballs which used to pervade the hotel. Staff were friendly, and there is even a resident driver who is available to take you hither and thither by arrangement.

There was absolutely nothing I didn't like on this trip. I couldn't have asked for a better stay. Really made my holiday being able to spend the last few days in comfort in Bombay - with all the sights within walking distance.

Had a great 2-night stay at **Hotel Chateau Windsor** with my family. The **location** is excellent—just a short walk to Marine Drive, Churchgate Station, CST, and many popular restaurants. It's also close to major attractions like Gateway of India and Chowpatty Beach, making it ideal for sightseeing. Our **room** was very clean and comfortable—exactly what you’d want for a short family trip. The **hotel staff**, especially Mr. Joy and Vipul, were very helpful and friendly. They gave us great local tips and ensured we had everything we needed. The hotel does offer **breakfast**, but it’s charged separately. It would be better if breakfast was included in the room rate. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I’d recommend this hotel if you're planning a short stay in South Mumbai.

Location. Friendly staff. Cleanliness Food - they serve only breakfast. Not much variety or options but it's cheap and worth more than what you pay for.

Hotel lay out or floor plans. 1. Reception is at 5th floor:- Unique. You are required to take all your luggage to 5th floor, finish the paperwork and then get them down to your floor. Staff does that for you, but it's still a work to someone. 2. They have a common bathroom!! Another unique feature for a star rated hotel. And, this is adjacent to the corner deluxe room!! The guests in this room will be for a rude shock at unholy hours with noise coming from this room. I was woken up at 3am with knocking on the toilet door and chattering that sounded as if it was at my door.

This is a very likable hotel. It has large numbers of friendly staff, the rooms are amazingly quiet considering that the hotel is on a main road and service, particularly the laundry, is quick. For a hotel within five minutes walk of the India cricket club and Churchgate Station it is astonishingly good value. I have stayed here before and I will stay there again.

Just one thing; the mattress was rather tired out and it didn’t do my back much good.

Could not beat the location, so many great and varied restaurants nearby. We were able to eat Asian, Mexican, and Indian while we stayed there. Beds were firm and comfortable. Our room did not face the street so it was fairly quiet but rooms on the street side can get a bit noisy. Hotel recommended a driver that we used for our trip and it was a fantastic experience.

The fans in our room were a bit noisy and felt like they were going to quit working at any moment. But other than that, all was good.

We stayed there at the start of our holiday a month ago and returned. The location is perfect for seeing the main attractions and it's in a beautiful part of the city. We were given extra large rooms this time for no extra price, and were treated really well by all the staff. If you want a good driver to bring you around the city, ask for Rajesh. Lovely man with very good English.

The front entrance is not very attractive, and don't expect the rooms to be too fancy, but great value for money.

Located a 2-3 nimutes walk from the Marine Drive, good location. Spacy rooms over 5 floors, 24 hour manned lift service. Excellent service, whenever we phoned we received an immediate response. Good value breakfast on 1st floor, excellent value for money in MUmbai. Reception team and staff are all helpful. Good chinese restaurant Foo and Shiv Sagar Indian restaurant 3-4 minutes walk.

Don't have on-site restaurant but not a problem because these are nearby.

This hotel's location is fantastic. It's just a few feet away from Marine Drive. The Churchgate Railway Station and the adjoining bus stop are both within walking distance. The room and washroom were both neat and clean.

There was no hot kettle in the room, and they did not have any complementary tea or coffee. It is reasonable to expect given the price. As I was travelling with my child, I had to ask them multiple times through reception for hot water, but it was great that they always gave it immediately.

The staff was very polite and welcoming. They were all smiling and pleasant. Always ready to help. I was traveling with my father who is a senior and on wheelchair. They helped him at every step. Was very happy to see that level of hospitality.

Everything was lovely. Just felt that if the rooms had the option of tea and coffee makers it would've been more comfortable. On the whole a lovely experience. Definitely plan to stay there again in my next visit

Location was perfect as it was walkable distance to Marine Drive. Enjoyed our stroll on the beach. Transportation was easy from this location. The room was nice and the internet was good. Breakfast was good and filling. We had to pay because we took booking through booking.com.

Everytime we go out of the property we had to hand over key to the office and pick up on our way back. It caused inconvinence when we come back with the shopping stuff.
