Location is very good.

Excellent staff, always smiling and ready to help with absolute professional attitude. The location is so near to the famous marine drive that even senior citizens can manage alone. They are letting use their main entrance for all the people when it rains, to be used as cover! Really appreciate such acts of heartfullness! All the requests/ requirements met with energetic response and smiling faces. Thank you.

Just to say something that "yeh dil maange more", if the lobby and breakfast area were bit large or may be seaview was possible from the room; all such would be great! But frankly no complaints.

The breakfast menu is limited. Breakfast restaurant is located in the small dark room, not comfortable to enjoy breakfast

Absolutely Fantastic place to stay , All of the staff were brilliant . The decor and Restaurants were just lovely ,still has an old feel and you are made very welcome wherever you go. We ate from the Restaurant one day and the food was spot on , Breakfast too all very nice with a good choice for all .If any criticism at all I would say the rooms and bathroom are looking a little tired and may need some TLC soon ,but do not let that put you off from staying here .We would most definitely recommend this hotel for Mumbai.

The hotel is comfortable and in a good location for those who want to experience sunsets on Marine Drive. It has a few good restaurants and cafes close by, too. Staff are friendly and professional.

The hotel is a little old and some maintenance issues are visible (e.g., we had some tape in our bathtub to cover a crack). The panel which was meant to control the air-conditioning also didn't work and there was no housekeeping despite the request which required us to call reception twice to get water and towels. Hotel would benefit from a small gym to justify the price point.

Very good Location in Marine drive. Rooms are very spacious. Breakfast is sumptuous. The staff are very helpful. I had a particular situation where my luggage lost at the airport and found later on, while I was outside Mumbai. Mr. Vishal Rajput helped us and kept the luggage even before we checked in at the hotel. The bellman and reception team are very helpful. Room service also very punctual.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was fresh and the eggs cooked to order were great. Room was clean and tidy and serviced everyday. Lots of great restaurants nearby and you could watch the sunset down on the sea wall. The rooms were a good size.

The hot water didn't work very well before 7am and was patchy throughout the day, lucky it's hot there. The beds were old and too firm, the walls could do with a wipe down.

The SERVICE IS EXCELLENT AND EXCEPTIONAL. The staff made you feel you at home. I would not get such service in 5 stars also. It was way better than any other 5stars I have stayed in. A mixture of old classic clay hotel with modern amenities and service is off the roof.

Everything was perfect.

had eggs every morning as no other hot food for English taste. Would be good if you offered bacon, etc, just a few more things that would make up a true English breakfast. Very good selection of diff foods and fruit, just lacked the English/American touch.

All staff were very good,at breakfast they made me fried eggs each day a brought to my table

My 2 kids and I enjoyed our stay! They brought us an extra bed and reacted to every request in a very short space of time. They were always polite and friendly. A pleasant, clean, classic hotel in a great location. Great authentic Asian, Italian restaurant, plus pizzeria and ice cream parlor in very close proximity to hotel. Marine drive promenade where locals jog, exercise, practice yoga, and pray. Just suppurb! Do read the fine print as the price highlighted doesn't show taxes, etc.. got charged an additional 5000 rupees at check-in. Otherwise all great!
