Hard to find. Property doesn’t look great from outside, don’t be put off. Reasonable location. Booked deluxe room but didn’t get window / view as in description, though didn’t really matter for short stay

If it wasn’t for the wrong information they give about the size of the rooms this one would be a 9 or 10… Clean, nice staff, good location. It the size of the rooms is no more than 12 sqm including toilet. And we booked the Deluxe. Please update this info otherwise looks like a scam to fool people. The staff, the effort they put in to make it clean and well maintained is very good.

The information about the rooms is not correct. We booked a deluxe room expecting the announced 17sqm and we were told later at the hotel that they don’t have any room bigger than the one they gave us.

A clean, comfortable room - super comfy bed - with light switches and sockets accessible from the bed. Whilst small, the room had been thoughtfully designed to meet a traveller's needs. Both a/c and fan were efficient. Good shower pressure, and plenty of hot water. Handy location in the Fort area - possible to walk to many of the sights cafes etc.

Would have been a 10 but for the smell from the drain in the bathroom (the scented freshener helped but it was still noticeable), and the noise from the street - especially at night with the barking dogs; ask for a room at the back which may not have this problem. Expensive, but I guess that's Mumbai.

Although Fort is a fairly good neighborhood, it is still difficult to find a good hotel there that is affordable but has good facilities. This hotel is relatively new, so it was still a question whether it was a good hotel (because many hotels in Mumbai have fake reviews). So it was a bit exciting to see what we would find on location. But the hotel was great. Nice and helpful owner and staff. Excellent location for a short visit to Mumbai. The rooms are small but more than enough for a few days' stay in Mumbai. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable. For this price, the hotel and service are excellent. The neighborhood is also well accessible. What I found particularly valuable was the very good communication with the owner. Immediately after making the booking, we received all the information and confirmation via WhatsApp. This was helpful in getting to the hotel by taxi, as the taxi driver knew exactly where to go. It also confirmed that the owner does everything to make you feel good about your stay. Thank you for a pleasant stay! Definitely recommended for another visit to the city.

Basic but clean hotel in a relatively good location! Don’t let the outside of the hotel scare you off. The inside of the hotel is much nicer than expected when looking at the hotel from the outside. Room was on the small side but I think that is standard for Mumbai hotels. Bed was comfortable and the wifi worked well. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. If you are staying here and looking for somewhere for breakfast then I would highly recommend Mumbai Murugan - it’s a short walk from the hotel and their dosas for Breakfast are to die for!!

The hotel was bright, clean and safe. Staff were very friendly and helpful with advice and support. The location is in close walking distance from lots of interesting sites as well as good places to eat and drink, and very handy if you're arriving or departing from the train station. I appreciate that they let me refill my water bottles with filtered water at reception, and arranged someone to walk with me to the train station for safety in the very early hours of the morning.

The immediate surroundings are a little bit rough, but as soon as you step inside the small entrance to Enigma, it's a whole different feeling, and everything was very pleasant. I stayed in the single room that was quite tiny - but if you just need a place to sleep and don't have much luggage, it's perfectly adequate and comfortable.

After reading reviews, we were not sure what to expect, but this object exceeded our expextations, the staff was really fantastic, helped us with everything (special thanks to the receptionist) , the place was clean, easy to find, close to all touristic destinations. The street was full of local shops and vendors (maybe looking dark and not clean) but we felt safe the whole time, and had no problems. Bathroom was clean, sheets looked new. During our India trip, this was by far the best accomodation.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The reception was more than excellent, especially thanks to Mohamed, who was incredibly welcoming and professional. The room was very clean, and the size of the double room was quite reasonable. The bed, sheets, and bathroom were all spotless. Additionally, the room had a TV, which was a nice touch. The hotel's location is also very convenient, as it's just a 5 to 10-minute walk from the train station. I highly recommend this hotel!

The design and cleanliness of the room was exactly as depicted in photos, which we really appreciated! The staff were very helpful and they offered quite a bit of extra services, such as arranging laundry and ironing.

The room could have been better with a chair. There were desktop spaces for shelving and work but no chair so you had to sit on the bed. But, the flagship Starbucks store at Hornimon circle is five minutes walk away and it was a great place to work.

It was basic, yet clean, and we had everything we needed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. And location was convenient.

It does not look too welcoming from the outside (but is okay on the inside). We did not mind that the space was rather limited or there was no hot water. Others might. I was a little worried that my little son could get his fingers caught or injured in the elevator gate.
