Location was great Vishal was amazing in ensuring all our requirements were met with ease. The staff were amazing in answering any questions we had regarding hotel as well as the area. Dining room was managed by Mikel and Breakfast was great . He looked after us with his energy and attitude in ensuring we were well fed and made us feel very comfortable with all our needs. Both Vishal and Michel are a great asset to this organisation and may long it continue as we really had a great time there. We will definitely return. A special thank to Anil for his friendliness and great attitude in ensuring we covered the area well with his knowledge .

It’s slightly dated and renovation is in progress but the staff made it comfortable As we spent most time outside it didn’t really matter but any shortfall was greatly made up by All the staff at the hotel.

I really loved the stay at hotel suncity , it’s at the middle of everything, most of things within walking area. The staff were really helpful especially hussain he explained to us the best places to visit in colaba , also provided us by details about the best places for food . Glad to met a very helpful staff at the property, we will come back again next year for sure

I AM COING TO THIS HOTEL VERY REGULARLY AND I HAVE INFORM THAT I WILL REACHING EARLY MONRING TIME 3 OR 4 AM TIME AND NEED EARLY CHECKING. AND THEY HAVE SEND US THE MSG IF AVAILABLE WE WILL GIVE BUT THEY HAVE CHARGED FOR ONE DAY. IT IS NOT CORRECT IF THEY OR BOOKING.COM SAND THE MSG TO US. AND YOU CAN SEE WHEN EVER I TRAVEL WE BOOKING THROUGH YOUR BOOKING.COM I FEEL VERY MUCH SAD AFTER SENDING THE MSG THEN ALSO THEY CHARGED FOR ONE. I WAS TRAVLING FROM ETHIOPIA YOU KNOW THAT WE HAVE BOOKED ROOM THROUGH YOUR APP.

Provided for breakfast on the morning of a marathon, just toast fruit and cereal would have sufficed

The rooms were clean. A big plus was that they had real bean to cup coffee at breakfast instead of the powdered coffee which seems to be a standard offering at hotels. The doorman and all staff were professional, helpful and friendly.

Rooms are serviced quite late.

Fantastic location minutes from gate of india and market and cheap eats. 10 minutes walk to museums and galleries and 15 to maiden oval park to watch the locals play cricket and read. Very good bfast, cappuccino, great bfast manager Michael and doorman Anil. Would recommend.

The greenary is very less , may be the inside and the terrace portion of the breakfast area can have more and some without can be made .
