Very nice location in the heart of the city with market, shops and lots or restaurants nearby, the staff is always available on reception and in every floor of the building to keep them safe, the room is decent size with two comfortable beds, working AC and clean bed sheets and towels, the room is quiet and has a small window.

They don't accept payments trough Booking and with card on spot, only in cash and preferable in local currency, the bathroom is next to the bed, separated from thin glass wall and for people that don't know each other well could be uncomfortable.

I have rated this hotel 'exceptional' based on a combination of value for money, the staff and location. We are three women travelling together. The hotel staff were very helpful and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable and (I think) good value for money for a convenient location. Although it is in a busy spot, the room was quiet. We are staying there again on our return to Mumbai and I would not hesitate to recommend it.

You had to keep pressing on the shower button, but that was not a problem.

Hotel great location,managers were nice & helpful.Clean bed sheet & room.They safekept our luggage & even gave us a discount on our next booking.I was very satisfied with the hotel & will book it again for my future visit

There are small things that can be improved eg bathroom lock.Also all the hotel helpers need not come down to load or unload the luggage.Finally i agreed for hotel helpers to book taxi to airport for me.I even cancelled my uber booking only to get an old maruti omni taxi which was most umcomfortable and smelly.

Great location, right next to Leopolds and you can easily go to the Gateway of India by foot. Room service was good, rooms are clean, AC in the room and shower with hot water worked both nicely. Everyone at the hotel was super friendly and helpful - highly recommended! We really enjoyed our stay! Thanks to the whole team!

For 2 persons plus a small child and/or when travelling with lots of luggage, you should definitely go for the bigger room with 3 regular beds, since it´s more spacious. It‘s not that much more expensive and absolutely worth it (we booked an upgrade after one day - thanks again for the support).

The hotel is located in a very comfortable area. Although it is on the main street, it was not loud and it was very safe as each floor has a 24/7 consierge and cameras in the entrances. The staff were great, they were always friendly and happy to help.

The room was a bit small and not in the very best condition, e.g. the fan in the bathroom was loud and the mattress was worn out.

A very convenient place near to all the shopping locations in colaba, easy to get cabs as it's in the main road itself, as soon as you get down the hotel you are in the market, the staff is very friendly and accommodating, they kept our luggage safe after checkout until our flight time, the rooms are compact and clean, enough for a brief stay in colaba, gateway of India is right behind and so is the Taj hotel

The rooms are small, at this cost one would expect a decent big enough room to stay ,there is no restaurant of this hotel, but they can arrange food for you , but it will be best of you can just step down and eat at a restaurant as the are many options

Location. Cordial, attentive staff. Feels safe. Reasonable value for money given this is in the heart of Colaba Causeway. Clean (except for bathroom). Good air conditioning.

Too few electrical sockets in room. Too much unnecessary noise during the night - the elevator plays a stupid sound every time the button is pressed that reverberates through the entire hotel (surely they can turn this off?), also there is no sound proofing so you can hear all noises from other guests / staff. Bathroom needed better cleaning - external fan blew dust everywhere, and other parts were not clean (better attention to detail needed).

Best location for tourism. Close to Gate of India, markets, touristic places as bars, restaurants. The entrance is stressful as it is on the market and seems dirty, but don't worry - the hotel is just 1st Floor of the building and it is clean and ok. The rooms are freshly renovated with a clean and new bathroom. There is a minibar and smart TV.

A great hotel in an absolutely perfect location, it’s less than a 5 minute walk to the Gateway of India & the Taj Mahal Palace. And walking distance to many of the other attractions around the Colaba area. It’s right on the busy Colaba Causeway, so there are many shops, restaurants & cafés right on your doorstep. An extra thank you to Mohamed who was in charge of the elevator, who always greeted us so friendly everytime we left & came back to the hotel!

The room was quite small, but it still had everything that we needed. AC was a bit noisy during the night when we were sleeping

The staff very polite,friendly,and very helpful!!! We had to have the fridge replaced they replaced it almost immediately and we had to ask for a couple of hand towels which they gave us minor things that’s all

The only thing I would improve would be maybe the Breakfast room its a bit dull. The Breakfast was fine tho👍
