be aware that not all rooms have a window, so check with them when booking. as they do not declare this detail until you arrive and then you have no choice!

The hotel is very close to places like the Gate of India and Leopard Cafe. Also to marine drive ..is in the heart of Colaba

The rooms are very small..For the cost and the location is manageable as u don't tend to be in the hotel other than resting and bathing . No options of food .

Great location good for solo yraveler but if travelibg wirh wife spend more ans get more. Im a solo traveler traveling Asia, so to me it was fine. They staff is humble csrint and hellful, as in all of india show respect to get respect.. Thetly were honest clean and eager to assist. You sr a block from the Gateway,, Taj and Leoppolds famous bar/cafe. I giive itba 9.5 based on guesthousr ratings. Thank you Broadway for help witj raci and money xchange.... It was all good its a no frills guest house

Located near Gateway of India (5 mins walk). Leopold Cafe and the street market are just down the stairs. Easy to get public transport (bus, taxis, cabs). Walking distance to many of the famous tourist places (art gallery, Regal Cinema, museum etc.). The staff is helpful and friendly. Neat and tidy.

With small issues though, no lifts and the main entrance on the street is hard to locate without proper signboards. A map with directions can be added with the property photos to help the guests. However, the staff is helpful to take your luggage to the room. The stairs are a bit steep and high, so the elderly or persons with climbing problems may find it difficult to climb up the stairs.

All the staff are really friendly and helpful. They where great with our two young boys aged 2 and 4. Treated them daily with a sweet treat. Location was perfect, 5mins walk from gateway and ferry port for elephanta caves. Room is small but perfect for a couple of nights. Shower and toilet worked well. Air con and fan worked well.

Little bit dated but good value for money in the centre of Colaba.

A good hotel located only 500 meters away from the Gateway of India. Lots of shops and restaurants around. The stuff is very polite and willing to help

It’s not the cleanest hotel I’ve ever seen, even a cockroach was spotted. Don’t get me wrong it’s decent, but if you’re looking for luxurious suites…well, don’t look for it at this price point

This little hotel is an excellent find for foreign budget travellers in Mumbai. The friendly and welcoming staff speaks English and are very helpful. The room was clean, practical and had a private bathroom and even a fridge. Excellent value for money, in Mumbai that is. The WiFi was excellent and consistent. Finally I could catch up with everything I had previously been struggling with elsewhere in India. They do room service breakfast as well.

Best budget friendly stay in Mumbai so far. Location is perfect. Talking about food, you just have to go down and there are several restaurants nearby. Best restaurant for lunch and dinner would be Olympia and Food Inn. If you want you could try Hotel Delhi Darbar as well but quality standards have degraded. For breakfast Hotel RamNath is best. All these hotels are like 2mins walking distance. In the night you could try several fruit juices and variety of milk fruit shakes which is located nearby. Gate way of India 5min walking max. Colaba causeway not even a minute. Overall beat experience. Hotel Broadway has decent helpful staff (Tip is best option for good help). Owners are very friendly and polite. If you're visiting first time in Mumbai do stay in Hotel Broadway. Best Wishes..

Room size is small, that's what every review has, but what do you expect in Mumbai with this budget. You could survive at least a week in these rooms which is not at all bad..

The location is great, just few metres from the gate. For short stay i would say it is fine for that price consider the location and other hotels prices. The room though it is not clean - because it is old, used or not properly cleaned, dont know. Anywho it was the best choice for price and location.

We feel very comfortable and safety in this place. Rooms are very neat and clean staffs are very freindly You can reach gate way of india in max 5 min by walk . Near by you have bus stop , cabs also available at any time. Nom veg food 😋 available in surrounding.
