Staff very friendly. Anything was needed sorted straight away. 100% efficient. I could sleep properly , no lifts or annoying noises. For me after been in many hotels in Fort area (avoid hotel Lords next door real bad, my advice), this one is the best so far. Will repeat here next time I’m in Mumbai.

Good budget hotel in Fort near CST station. Room was clean. Staff were friendly. Lots of restaurants nearby. This is a very good option if getting a train from Mumbai CST station as it only a few minutes walk to the station. Colaba (India Gate, museums) is under 30 mins walk. So is Marine Drive. This is a good location for a budget hotel. Note hotels in Mumbai are expensive compared to elsewhere in India. I paid approx 3300 rupees in total per night. This seemed good value for a budget hotel in this location. I'll stay again.

Nothing to dislike.

Small, clean room (single traveller). Location is very good near several restaurants and a nice cafe across the street. Other sights not too far away. Quiet side street, not much streetnoise. Shower/wifi everything works fine.

Close to cst station, clean rooms, clean washrooms, reception staff polite. Parking is a tight squeeze but still manageable if you bring a small car. The food they make is good in portion and quality .

Sometimes have to wait for other person to remove his car for you to get your car out of parking as it's on road and double banked. The Aircon temp control does not work, I believe its central however the unit looks like a simple split AC one, and because of it being central if others smoke in their room you get slight smell of that in your room , nothing too much but just so that you know. Charging service fee over and above menu price and taxes on their own, is slight misleading. Can add service charge in your menu price.

The size of the room and washroom, no kitchen and for one of the nights, I was charged 5 times the tariff

It is quite and homely. And their no external sound of cars or bus. Even though it is in the heart of the city.
