I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for the outstanding service and hospitality I received during my recent stay at your hotel. Firstly, I would like to extend a special thank you to Nikita, the Lobby Manager, and her wonderful team. From the moment I arrived, their warm welcome and attentive service made me feel right at home. Nikita's professionalism and dedication to ensuring a seamless experience were truly commendable. I also want to recognize Aayush, the Housekeeping Supervisor, and his hardworking team. The cleanliness and comfort of my room were impeccable, and I greatly appreciated the attention to detail and prompt responses to any requests I had. Their efforts made my stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. Lastly, I would like to thank Rami, the Swimming Pool Lifeguard, for his vigilant and friendly service. His presence and dedication to safety allowed me to fully relax and enjoy the pool area without any concerns. Overall, my experience at Trident was nothing short of exceptional, and it is all thanks to the dedicated and professional staff. Please convey my gratitude to Nikita, Aayush, Rami, and their teams for their outstanding service. I look forward to returning to your hotel in the future.

I didn't like the food or the place. The same food has been on the menu for long time.

We stayed at Trident twice whilst we were following the ICC World Cup and at the same time celebrating our golden wedding anniversary. At our first stay we had the suite where we could see the whole queen’s crown and the Wankhede Stadium was visible from our rooms. The second stay was on the last leg of our 30 day trip. We booked club room but on arrival found the condition of the room unacceptable. The room had a bath shower whilst we always request walk-in-shower. Anyway- we had a prompt response from the management and were give a room with a walk-in-shower within no time and had a very comfortable stay till our flight back to Manchester on 30th November 2023.

We think the rooms do definitely need modernising and ambience of the room/suite more appealing to the eye

I loved the service by the staff. Suraj on the floor with hospitality was exceptional. The service or the staff for the entire duration of my stay was exceptional.

I didn't like the additional stress regular guests had to endure due to IPL players. Main areas should not be blocked out especially the entrance. It would be ideal to escort VIP guests through other entrances for security. Keeping the thoroughfare clear is essential. While I understand it is good to create the hype, it was a little disconcerting to block exits with guests not being able to go out for dinner reservations due to security measures. Unfortunately, the guests are the only ones witnessing this hype. And most of whom neither can identify nor are interested in cricket. Had I known it was IPL season I would have avoided the hotel stay. Other than this, every other aspect was exceptional. Hospitality is par excellence!

We had Trident Club Rooms, so had breakfast etc up in the Club - we loved this as it was very busy downstairs with a big delegration of people staying for a conference. We felt the select for Breakfast was great and all we needed. Rooms were clean and tidy with great views. Service at the Trident Club was excellent - our concierge when we arrived was so friendly and welcoming. We really enjoying the evenings where we could gather for a drink, and the snack options were excellent. We felt it was very good value and would stay again. Thank you.

Only issue we saw (but it did not affect us) was check in was constantly backed up and other were long waits.

Different Breakfast rooms were fantastic, the selection was good and clearly labelled. Staff were really friendly and willing to help. Nye party food selection and presentation was exquisite. Pool was clean and children play area was a bonus

1. Very busy during NYE and new year day breakfast orders were missed or so delayed they came cold like boiled tea. It wasnt the staff fault as they were trying their best. 2. Check in process for club lounge should be better managed, on entrance there should be a sign for club room check in or hotel staff should ask guests on entranceif they are eligible for club lounge check in. We queued for 15min in the wrong desk.

Everything was beyond and better than expected. It was my first visit to Mumbai and I think Trident hotel and their staff made it one of a kind which made me think about booking my next stay already before leaving. Definitely the place we will always return to whenever in Mumbai.

Only the fact that soundproofing is not very strong in the hotel, so you can easily hear noises from the corridor and the adjacent rooms. But it was manageable not a very big deal and may be solved by asking the hotel to give you a room in a high floor and not a highly occupied one

Excellent staff, great location, very comfortable hotel, felt very much at home, during my stay here. Thank you for the prompt fuss free resolution to the faulty air vent problem, requiring room change.

Starting to feel a bit dated. Walk in showers would be great. Frangipani staff need better interaction with guests over their specific needs. One senior floor staff member quite dismissive over my smaller appetite requiring smaller portions on a la carte. I loath waste, and prior stay at Westin Powai Lake Chef had been overly accommodating. A bit of a disappointing interaction which meant I never stepped foot in Frangipani again during my stay!

The warm and friendly staff , always looking to assist and go the extra mile . They are truly an asset to this hotel group. The staff in the reception, guest relations, housekeeping, the veranda restaurant, frangipani restaurant and concierge are truly where the excellence in this hotel comes from , always looking to make sure the guest is happy and feels welcomed. The staff is the heart of this hotel and the reason why guests keep coming back . I also commend the high food quality , all meals were fantastic , and there is a wide variety of food to cater for all dietary requirements. Will be coming back again .

We recently stayed at Trident from 22nd to 24th August 2025 for a short birthday staycation, and we can wholeheartedly say that this wasn’t just one of the best, but truly “THE BEST” hotel experience we’ve ever had. Right from the beginning, everything was seamless from accommodating our special request with a beautiful birthday décor and cake, to the overall warmth and efficiency in every service. Every detail was on point and made us feel truly cared for. A very special mention goes to Shreyas and his team at the Mexican Room. Shreyas went above and beyond with his thoughtful gestures, politeness, and timely support. The way he handled everything with such sweetness and professionalism made our breakfast table feel so homely and welcoming. Along with Shreyas, Sanket and the team, they even surprised us with a thoughtful farewell gesture on our last day, something that touched us deeply and made the entire experience unforgettable. The breakfast spread was wonderful, the room service was impeccable, the valet service was smooth, and every single staff member we interacted with was supportive, approachable, and genuinely eager to help. It all came together to make our celebration extra special and memorable. We had come to celebrate a birthday, and looking back, it feels more than worth it, it feels priceless. We left with full hearts and with the happiest of memories, and we genuinely look forward to visiting more often.
