The bathroom was excellent، hot water, spacious. Amenities were working well

I think the rate is a bit higher compared to the size of the rooms. There is no cleanliness. I stayed twice, and the bedsheets and pillow covers were the same dirty, and there is no room service for cleaning on a day-to-day basis. If you stay consecutively for two or more days, then no cleaning is done.

Worst experience. Didn't receive an expected room. It was damn noisy due to construction work going on above the rooms. Even the roof of the bathroom broke due to drilling above the roof. Horrifying experience. Never recommend it. The staff were not even willing to help us out. The noise was consistent. Felt like an earthquake all the time. At last they changed the room but the problems were persistent. I do not recommend it at all. They also charged us 300rs more after we had paid the price of rooms including gst and tax.

Location is quite close to the center, local train station, convenient for travel

- The wifi signal is very weak, phone network even lost when in the room - We stayed here for 3 nights but they only gave 2 people 1 towel and 2 bottles of water once on the first day. After that if you want more water you have to buy it. They also don't provide extra shampoo and soap, only the first day. This is strange - A fee of 300 rupees per person added by them for no reason - When I asked them to keep my luggage, they asked me to pay a fee (2000 rupees then 1500 rupees and 1000 rupees) to rent a room just to store my luggage, saying that their reception was very small - The surroundings are very smelly and dirty - The room is very small - they don't change the bed sheets and it's very damp and smelly - The staff on duty cannot speak English
