Great location. Excellent staff. And most important was the fabulous breakfast! We got something new every morning. And the staff were so kind. Great value for money. The ice cream shop is nice and so is the patisserie. Our room was cleaned regularly.

Downtown location which is very central for south mumbai.The staff were very helpful and made my stay extremely comfortable. The restaurant serves excellent indian cuisine and the breakfast options were excellent. Excellent value for money in a great location

No real dissatisfaction with any aspect of my stay. Easy to book good communication from the hotel prior to my arrival and efficient check in and check out so very happy with the experience

The location of the hotel was awesome. In the centre and easy access to other locations like Colaba, Parel, Marine Drive... Bfast buffet was decent. And the FnB service staff were always friendly

The tariff was really high fr a property like Shalimar. Food cud get better.

Karan the Night Manager was very helpful upon my arrival . On the last day , the 3 staff was good company at the lobby while waiting for my uber for the airport.

It is very accessible to hospitals I need to go to like Saifee, Jaslok, abd Breach Candy.

I feel you should inform the guest that there there is no real view in the room and that the window is just to allow for sunlight

The location, The Bakery. These are the two main reasons I stay at this hotel. The biriyani at this hotel has been famous for many years, but for me, the mutton and chicken puffs at the bakery are things that make this place special.

The rooms are suffocating at times, when the air conditioning doesn't work to the temperature desired. The AC can get really cold at times and doesn't seem to hold to a comfortable temp. There weren't really any other negatives to speak of.

It's location and ease to access to various places in Mumbai. Lifestyle suits are tastefully decorated.

Rooms are good but need a mirror in the living room also apart from washrooms. Secondly, complimentary breakfast is very ordinary and routine . The hotel has a bakery downstairs but on the menu hardly anything from it. Need more staff to attend during breakfast with smiles on their faces.

Great location, type of choices of restaurant is perfect. They had excellent staffs. Were helpful from the beginning the night manager and his team. Very good job and I had a very pleasant stay.

The location is in an area with a lot of commercial activities, ideal for exploring the area.

The internet speed is not as per current standards. The location at the busy street makes the moise level in the room quite high, but with the AC on our sleep was not disturbed and we had a good night sleep.
