Friendly staff. Excellent, clean breakfast (I’m a foreigner and food safety is important to me while traveling). Cozy room with quiet AC. Quiet surroundings. Easy to get around.

Someone was smoking on my floor and the staff said it was ok as long as they did it in the hallway, but that was right outside my room. Couldn’t smell it in my room, but smelled a lot on my way in and out.

I am happy with all the services from breakfast room All in all everything is fine One suggestion to make it more better would be to have more help with advice on local service when needed

Location was excellent

on 9th Jan , 1st Day the room we were given was ok however we noticed bad cigarette smell in the room foul smell from bedding (Pillow & Duvet Cover) and complained to management however they did not have spare room hence had to spend a night, next day on 10th Jan 2024 we did get moved to a decent room.

Very helpful and courteous staff, well located , spacious rooms , well lit with big windows!

Cleanliness could be a bit better…especially ventilation wise.

The staff are fantastic The crispy spring rolls are the best. Good walking distance from the sports park.

The location majorly and cleanliness. The young night receptionist and the guard were amazing and helpful.

We found a full dustbin and a Bacardi bottle lying in the bathroom when checked in the room. The morning receptionist has a very bad way of speaking. Had a very rude way of saying things that could have been said politely. And he always nagged us about payments as we were running somewhere without paying.

The spread was simple and neat but the staff service was very good. They were following for each course and insisting to have more try this and that. very good staff

All the Staff were excellent especially the catering and no porters. Location was perfect for our needs.

This hotel is fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The onsite restaurant was supurb. This is a great place to stay to explore Mumbai.
