The room had everything we needed and the staff made check in and check out very easy. Gloria's, round the corner, was an amazing restaurant - so cheap and friendly.

The area (byculla east) was bounded by a few big roads, making it unappealing to walk far from the place. Taxis/Ubers are easy to get into the more touristic areas though

We had a triple room for three of us and was great. We had 4 beds, hot shower (not en suite but a private room just for our rooms use) location was good, easy to get Tuk Tuk to and also 2 mins from a train line to get around certain points of the city. We were given early check in at 8am which was great after a night bus. Good food on the street outside the hostel.

After being given late check out til 11:30am we were knocked up for at 10:45am asking to check out as new guests had arrived. This wasn’t very professional as we had agreed a check out of 30 mins late. Dorm room was 20 odd beds and looks awful, don’t stay in there if you’re a girl as was all Indian men

This was definitely a good choice to stay at! Clean, has hot water, location was central, friendly staffs and on top of that very affordable for those who are on a tight budget!! The manager also allowed me to extend my stay for another day on a short notice which was nice of him to do! Definitely will stay here again, whenever I return to Pokhara.

If anything, the bed can be a bit more comfortable.

The room was large and well equipped. Good air con, comfy bed and working tv with lots of channels in English. Private detached bathroom was pristine with powerful shower. Easy to get uber pickups to get to the main sites. Located close to numerous excellent street food options, the sandwich guys and kebab shop round the corner are a must try!!

Great value for money! Staff were very helpful & supportive. Close to everything you need. ATM right across from the building & upper class hotel close by to get good food & drinks. Just be aware there is a set of stairs up to the room, but staff will carry your suitcases up for you. Walls a bit thin, so you might need some earplugs when other guests talk a bit loud.

- Location - it was 5 mins away from train station Byculla, which is very convenient. A lot of places to eat around (street food and restaurants), shops, bakery etc. - Comfortable bed, a lot of shelves and wardrobe, TV (which we didn't turn on, so I am not sure, if it works), fast WiFi. - Room looks exactly as in photo - very nice.

- If you are more than 175 cm - maybe do not book it, because you won't enter bathroom. Ceiling in there is really low. - The rooster crowed every 10 minutes from 5 am... Not fault of accommodation, but be prepared.

Good location and friendly staff. Excellent facilities and shower, comfortable beds and great Internet.

The proximity of all the beds in the dormitory led to numerous sounds of snoring all night. The beds are only 1m80 long, not good for slightly taller guests.

Very welcoming place, with polite staff. Room and bathroom were clean and location is perfect to move around Mumbai.

The bathroom ceiling was too short we just fitted in. But we knew this from other people reviews.

Big and cozy bed, good location next to metro station and local bazaar

When we arrived we were offered a different room than I booked, with separate beds. I had to insist hard to be located in the room in the double bed, as it was booked. The bathroom is very small and not comfortable, tall people will face problems to stand there.

The Mumbai dorm configuration is a special animal. Large room with many close beds. Not for everyone. Welcome runs like a well oiled machine. Bed clothes change every two days, constant cleaning, lights out at 11pm, A/C on at 11pm, etc. Showers good. Strong Wifi. Good staffing team. I enjoyed the atmosphere. In a Muslim neighbourhood with access to nearby Gloria's Restaurant.

Sometimes guests were a bit noisy at night but that's not guest house's fault.
