Staff was extremely helpful, even late night/ early morning. New hotel, very clean. Very good bed and AC, fast Wifi. Located near Andheri metro and local stations with market for clothes, food and everything. Drive to international airport 20mins, local train to Marine Drive 30mins.

- New and clean room, which is not that common in Mumbai - Good communication with staff - Location in walking distance to train station

- There was a sink missing - Desing not very well though out (shower stream directed to toilet paper etc.) - Extremely small room which makes it unsuitable for longer stays. For 1-3 nights it's acceptable if you only go there for sleep - Very small beds (not ideal for two persons)

New hotel facility with super hygiene level. I had a wonderful experience at the Blackburn Hotel. Every staff member I encountered was delightful, from the check-in, resting and departing. Reception and housekeeping were excellently staffed and enthusiastically eager to help. I will recommend it to my colleagues and friends.

Rooms are compact, probably my expectation from Mumbai city is high for the price. Hence there is nothing that I can say precisely that I don't like.

I have stayed at Hotel Black Burn for the second time now, it is located on the 5th floor. The hotel is relatively new and clean. The bedrooms are small, but sufficient for a comfortable sleep. The shower has strong water pressure, and the air conditioning works well. The staff is enthusiastic and provides good service.

Perfect location close to the airport when you have a flight early morning. New hotel, small rooms but perfectly equipped and clean. Very comfortable bed and bed linen prefectly clean. Young and caring staff. Excellent value, rare in Mumbai.

Building still under construction (January 2023),not easy to find, signage to be improved. Ask for a room on the courtyard if you are sensitive to noise.

They helped me with early check-in as well as late check-out. Staff was polite and helpful. New property, so Hotel is neat and clean at least for now, have to see how they are going to maintain it further.

Hygienic and well maintained. The host was really nice. helped with quick check in and was in constant touch for check in and everything. the service and staff was excellent. No thoughts to even write a bad review. excellent.
