The property was really awesome staff was really good , polite and professional Preeti ,Adarsh , sukho , lakshmi and prem from IRD Prem was really efficient in his work serving was done excellently by him, he acknowledged me always by my name even in the restaurant and that's nice to know when someone asks you how was your day.. prem acknowledged it every single day when he use to come with order to my room..God bless him There was a House keeping boy I don't recollect his name but he was also nice professional person he had serviced my room most of the time.. I really thank you'll appreciated Prem good job.. you had always acknowledged me by my name that makes you the real employee of Ginger God bless you

Breakfast was delightful, offering a wide variety of choices, including both Indian and continental options. Fresh fruits and sprouts were available, complemented by flavorful masala tea and coffee.

Ironing facilities are available upon request at no additional cost. However, the corridors and housekeeping services require better attention to cleanliness.

Breakfast was exceptional. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is good cause it's near to the airport but in general isn't the best neighbourhood. It's nice that a gym was available though it's small.

The bedsheets were not always clean. TV was old and didn't have YouTube. It was a bit expensive as you can find similar hotels for a fraction of it's price. The gym was so small, almost nonexistent.

The excellent hospitality extended by entire hotel staff in handling the situation after the initial mishandling. But for this the overall experience would have been excellent instead of very good.

My experience would have been overall excellent but due to some initial mishandling, my booking was re-forwarded to their other sister hotel which was horrible and located in another horrible area-but subsequently it was rectified and we were taken to the hotel which we booked. Though my couple of hours wasted but after that we were excellently well treated by the entire hotel team.

All facilities are there more or less. Food and water readily available. Baggage.keeping facility is also good if u checkout at time but your flight is late

Lobby could have been better with ac functioning properly especially in summer. Rooms cud have a calling bell..Lift functioning. Needs to be made smooth .

Had booked 2 rooms. The staff provided us with a wheelchair accessible bathroom that I needed for my father. Bonus, the other room connected to the other room. Good spread for the breakfast. Although we were late, the staff was courteous to extend the breakfast timings by a bit.

The staff were all very helpful, specially Akshay at the reception. Restaurant staff were very friendly and serving with a smile. Riya and the manager Abhishek looked after us very well

What we paid for the hotel was not that worth. It was just a basic hotel with average size rooms. Would have been happy if there was a bar in the hotel where NRI could spend some time

Hotel room was very clean, nice and comfortable. Hotel restaurant in mezzanine floor is good and service especially Ms Renuka was very helpful and courteous. Overall hotel is very good. I had booked my hotel reservation by using Booking for.com ,but when I landed in Mumbai and tried to check to the hotel they told me that my booking is cancelled by Booking dotcom, reason they could not verify my credit card. But I had booked my room by using my Bank Debit card as I don't have credit card. Very very bad of Booking dotcom service, they cancelled my room booking without informing me. I will never use the service of Booking dotcom next time or ever. But the staff of hotel Ginger was very good and they gave me room. Thanks for their good gesture.
