The hotel was very clean and staff were really co-operative and attending at all times. Room facilities, bed was comfortable. All things were clean and operational. Very good, value for money.

The checkout time is written 11:00 am, should be 12 pm checkout as in other hotels. But overall, the stay was pleasant. The hotel is at very good location very close to Andheri station.

The location was perfect as it is right next to the Andheri station, so a little effort to figure out the trains and this is the best location.

It was good, nothing specific I didn't like.

Hotel Olten is a really net and clean place. This new hotel offers all what you need ; do not hesitate to book there. The staff is very polite and cooperative. They are available at any time ; and very helpful when needed. I really appreciate staying there. And i would definately book there again. Congrats to the team :) you did a really great job ! The hotel is located next to a main Bombay station, so outside it will be very noizy at any time. Of course, inside the hotel, you won't feel any problem.

Everything was ok I liked everything there in Hotel and Vanue nearest place but

reception person charged me for late check out I had to pay 1000 more rest everything was ok

The location of hotel is beside Andheri station The rooms are good and staff is very polite The Lucknowi restaurant is a must go

We loved the service, facilities and how they treated us. Exceptional Team at Olten and very welcoming. Rooms were upto standards with all the required facilities. Will surely stay again here if we come to Mumbai again.

My room was a little congested, but facilities were ok

Excellent location to railway and metro. Excellent location to Andrei markets. Good twin room with clean bedding, towels etc. Aircon worked well.
