The hotel was flexible making specific dishes to our dietary requirements. They were very helpful and always on call for any questions. The technology for the lighting system in the rooms was great but no instructions on how to use so spent a bit of time trying to work out how to switch the lights off. The food was great. Good variety and the beds were comfortable and clean. Hotel wasn't busy but we went during summer so probably the reason but made it more comfortable as it's quite uncomfortable.

The double room was spacious but the twin room was a bit tight. The lift doors kept closing although there was an obstruction. Ie when we were standing between the lift door waiting for the rest of our party to enter the lift, which feels like a bit of a safety issue!

Location of the hotel is very convenient. It is close to Metro and Airport. City center is little away but can be easily visited using Metro. The area is peaceful and friendly for travelers even during night hours. Two gentlemen that serves as bellboy at the hotel, Mr. Stephen and Mr. Mukesh were extremely polite, trustworthy, helpful and an excellent source of information as both of them communicate fluently in English. Breakfast was extremely good with a good choice to select. Rooms were quiet and clean.

No dislikes but one suggestion. It would be nice if the hotel can arrange shuttle service for airport pick up and drop at a reasonable rate rather allowing visitors to find own transport.

We got some refreshing welcome drinks at check in. The staff were kind enough to let us check in very early as we had just arrived by overnight bus. The breakfast was delicious and had good variety. The room itself was clean and well maintained. The shower had hot water which was much appreciated. We had an early 4am start the next day and the staff were able to organise an airport drop off for us. The location being 15-20mins to the airport was perfect for us. To travel to gateway of India takes about an hour with uber but they are frequent and efficient in the area.

At the breakfast there were fruit flies around the food and the staff were chasing them with an electric fly zapper which somewhat disturbed the ambience! Also staff a little too overbearing at breakfast, checking in with us continuously and not allowing us to enjoy.

This is a great property. Don't let the location fool you as it is right next to one of the busiest arteries in the city. My room was facing the road but I could barely hear any of the traffic. Everything was great right from my arrival. The check in clerk was extremely friendly and professional. As someone who worked in the industry for almost 10 years, I tend to be a little bit more critical than the average person about service standards. The room was very nice, with excellent air conditioning. Further it was clean, spacious and bright once the curtains were opened. The staff was attentive and excellent response time. The breakfast was fresh, with omlettes made to order and food was fresh, I wanted a cup of tea before breakfast and asked if I could take a cup to my room. The staff said that they would deliver it and did. It was a step beyond normal service which I did appreciate.

Everything was excellent, location is superb, near by many food options on walkable distance. Breakfast spread is limited but everything was tasty. Even we had lunch and dinner and found food is tasty. Food prices are moderate. Very helpful staff specially Mr. Osama from reception and Mr. Stephen. Quite and comfortable stay. Thanks for complimentary airport drop.

Can improve in room service section, need professionalism. Also room service, do not disturb switches need maintenance as they were non functional.

It is a small hotel with many events. Ground Floor always a lot of ppl. The breakfast is with limited choice but pretty delicious. And I had many kinds of beans (Feel very healthy) Internet is fast. Not using bottle water, It is environmental friendly. location is good and convenient. Walking distance to Metro (All got traffic light although it is still a mess)

Room is very humid when it rains, also it is pretty small for 2 people.

Clean and comfy bed, big room, friendly staff.

Room too hot without AC, couldn't open a window to get some fresh air into the room also a highway in front of the building. It takes time to get proper temperature in the shower. Hotel is quite far north in Mumbay and takes too much time (ca. 1h on uber) to get to the center, nothing interesting with a close proximity to the hotel.

Incredibly friendly staff, they allowed me to check in early and when they found out I would be leaving before breakfast time on my final morning they allowed me to have breakfast on check in. Rooms are comfortable enough, if not a little compact. Cleaned every day. Free water, tea and coffee in the room. Close to the airport, I had time so actually walked on arrival (it's about 3km) but only a short taxi ride too.

Location is quite far from anything worth seeing (Gateway of India and other stuff), but walking distance from a couple of Metro stations and the Andheri railway station.

The staff seemed to be upgrading themselves nicely. I was impressed this time after having stayed here about 6 months ago and a year ago as well. Keep going.

Just a small advice to take care of small details like the bed linen which at times can have little marks and stains. Just so the perception of cleanliness is maintained. When I saw the team quickly changed the sheets so that service is fine.
