I had a lovely room with two windows with tree canopies outside both. The windows could open and I loved the outlook. Staff were very accommodating and prompt to resolve any issues. I was undertaking studies and was able to connect to wifi throughout the whole week, which was great.

The pillows were very old and flat. Staff were able to find a replacement pillow for me, which I appreciated. The TV didn't work, but that didn't bother me too much.

Very nice staff, a good price for a good location. The hotel is ok and Popo restaurant with the hotel is very good. I spent a good time and good moments.

Wifi connection is very slow. The hotel is very close to the university and the airport but far from the city center

Very welcoming hotel in pleasant street away from the noise and traffic. The room was very comfortable with cozy beds and a window seat. The windows open which I really liked. There was a desk, mini fridge, nice size TV and plenty of places to put your things, many power outlets and good AC. Bathroom was good. Room phone worked well and it was easy to call for room service or the front desk. Everyone spoke english which was great because I am American! The rooftop was beautiful with a small but nice pool and views of the city. Rickshaws out front and a small store and nice little park with grass and a playground 100 feet down the road. Restaurant downstairs had really good food. We would definitely stay here again for a short or long stay.

The hot water in the bathroom wasn’t as hot as I’d like, but it was okay.

Housekeeping entered the room without permission

Our pick-up at the airport was messy. Somehow the hotel staff did not check arrival of our flight and did not pass on mobile number to the driver of the pickup van. Hence we wasted valuable time at the airport calling each other.

Breakfast area was lacking in variety of food. That area looked dirty and the staff mulling about at the counter doing nothing. Their uniform lacked professional outlook. However the bell captain and the day manager at the reception counter were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I highly recommend their performances.
