This is a great location. For those who like to explore at their own pace or are familiar with the city, it is extremely convenient being steps away from a local train station. There are bus stops and auto-rickshaws readily available by stepping outside. Walking distance from shopping restaurants and other services like clothing stores, pharmacies and the like. Even though it less than a 100m from the train tracks, you could barely hear the trains unless they honked the horn (mind you, I like trains so that wasn't a negative for me). There aren't enough words for the staff. Friendly, helpful, proactive and always willing to help. Right from the bellman (Maruti - I think), to the Duty Manager (Sachin) were all very helpful. Even though I am not a tourist in the city, I still had tourist like questions and Maruti was always willing to help. Sachin was very quick in assisting with any room requests I had as I did have to modify my booking and wanted to rebook for the following month. My Room attendant Manjunath was an absolute delight. Always smiling and asking if I needed anything or to have my room serviced every time he saw me. He always made sure that I had water. I don't usually request changing my linens/towels unless I am there for a long time (we don't do this at home so why waste) and Manjunath was always insistent that I at least get new napkins and towels. I made it a point to mention my impressions and how professional the staff is to the GM Sunny as well. All in all this is a absolute oasis in the heart of the hustle and bustle of Vile Parle E. I have already rebooked for October and will try and book this every opportunity I get to visit the city. Highly recommended.

The breakfast could have been a little bit more varied or have had more extensive a la carte options. It seemed that it was very similar everyday with just slight variations in one or two dishes.

Location was great, right in the centre of shops and markets

Breakfast was not all that great, not much choose of continental foods, found it very hard to communicate with the waiters as their English was not that great and we couldn’t speak Hindi.

* Location * Room- clean , newly renovated, comfortable, * Staff( Anisha at the reception, the Duty Manager, the security lady at the entrance, housekeeping boy... )

* Restaurant: - poor spread for breakfast and lunch/ dinner. Limited items and no proper / timely replenishment. - poor hygene ( breads, papads, rotis) being handled by hand w/o gloves. - all dishes kept open w/o covers on the buffet counter. - cutlery and tables not set properly. - only trainees are working. They lack skills, even manners, and can't speak English or Hindi. Immediate attention and appropriate training is required F & B is the key to any hotels success and reputation.

Friendly and helpful staff, great location near the airport as well as the train station and also in a lively area with lots of shops, restaurants and markets. Room is good value for money, especially in Mumbai.

Windows cannot be opened and there is no fan, just AC, which works well, but in cooler times fan and open windows would be better.

Great for Location,great for families,ladies and children for safety and security.Front desk staff Nalisha,Rohit,Vijayan and Sachin were very professional and cooperative.Room cleaning was immaculate.Breakfast and lunch were exceptionally tasty,polite service.

Wi Fi was non existence in room. Hotel staff and IT support did manage to get some internet connectivity.Serious issues with hand width and or modem infrastructure.

Renovation work too slow Meal quite similar everyday. Don't have too many varieties in continental food for tourists.

The hotel was in a great location for shopping and local eateries also the hotel had their own vehicles to pick up and drop off to airport at a very reasonable rate.

The approach to the hotel was a bit tricky due to roadworks.

Management and staff are very good and accommodating, service is excellent. Have stayed there so many times since last ten years and have seen improvement and rooms updated to very good standards. Management and all the staff have been excellent. Have always recommended friends to stay here for its location and quality of service.

Very good Hotel with brilliant professional staff. All areas very clean and lovely modern, spacious and clean bedroom and modern bathroom. Even has cleaning everyday and doormen. Very close to train station and many tuktuks and cabs. I don’t understand only a 6.8 rating on booking.com this deserves a big 10
