Nice hotel with all amenities, runway view was awesome room awesome, Lady that checked me in was very sweet, upgraded me to club level as my room was not ready when I checked in. Restaurant staff was superb! Thanks!

Some of the staff not that friendly night reception clerk very unfriendly no smiles and bit harsh. I requested a wake-up call for 4:00am they called at 4:15am

Great location and the breakfast was fantastic

There was a one and a half delay when checking in as the room wasn’t ready (after a long flight having to wait so long was exhausting) when we did finally get to our room it was not a twin room as requested. The room (runway room) that we had booked months ago was given away to a guest who had decided to last minute extend their stay. Our options were to move to a cheaper room or have a trundle bed brought in. We opted for the trundle bed - we were offered access to the members bar as a form of apology but this didn’t really interest us. The room did smell of smoke and the TV in the bathroom didn’t work. It was disappointing that our room was given away as other than this I am a big fan of the Taj Hotels.

Everything is pristine and with very good service. The staff were all lovely and super helpful. The room itself is spacious, well decorated and lots of amenities The bed was really comfortable and we had a really good sleep. The runway room is so quiet and soundproofed - I couldn't hear a single plane despite being next to the runway! Breakfast was great too. A good variety and they had a live Indian flute player in the morning. Will definitely stay again.

The runway view is obstructed by the side of the building in the room I got which is a little disappointing. I'd pay for an unobstructed view so they should advertise this better if there are different levels of runway views available. The TV is also a little small for a 5 star hotel.

Hospitality, Cleanliness, Availability of essential things for a comfortable stay, Good behaviour & manners by entire staff.

Ambience, hospitality, food. My son likes the buffet service of Taj + the room this time we had was with runway view, which the kids really loved. Swimming pool was excellent. Overall pleasant staying experience.

Quite a few things - 1) Had to negotiate with the reception lady during check in to get me a two bed room as she was offering a single king bed for a family of 4 which I felt was a bit ridiculous. She then offered me a room on the smoking floor which I took as she assured me that if the room smells she would change it for me. 2) Not enough bath towels for 4 people. 3) Unable to send tabs to final check out bill. Had to pay for every thing extra on the spot. Did not understand the reason given to me by the staff of why they cannot add to my check out bill but was truly annoying.

As the name suggests Taj...means best! Great food with endless varieties, smiling & helpfull staff always ready to serve you with extended efforts. Smooth check in & check out ! I had a great time staying here & would like to specially mention about Ms. Bandana from Guest & Relations department who really stand out in her services. Always smiling & greeting us & paying extra attention whether we are comfortable or not. Food & beverages staff at Tiqri also deserves an applaud for their hard work & flawless services with big smiles on their faces. Would love to visit again & again...Thank you for such wonderful stay...

The attentive staff from security, concierge, front desk, John the sous-chef and all staff. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Enjoyed an early morning dip in the pool which I had all to myself. Very clean. Massage in the spa was also sublime.

My Room was right next to the service area, so staff would be very noisy with equipment and things late into the night. During busy periods at breakfast time, I would often have to ask 2 or three of the waiting staff for certain things and they'd never actually get around to bringing them or have forgotten about it.

The breakfast was a delight and I looked forward to it every day. The staff was very courteous and answered questions very quickly. Room service was great and all dishes we ordered exceeded our expectations. The location is fantastic if you want to move around the western suburbs without much hassle given the massive traffic flows everywhere in Mumbai. If you are on the airstrip view, you get a fantastic view of planes taking off. The rooms are of good size with very aesthetic interiors but some rooms could be smaller but still decent size. The lounge on the sixth floor is a great place to unwind in the evening with complementary snacks and cocktails if you happen to book that package.

The city view rooms overlook the construction of the Mumbai metro station, so it will be bit of an eyesore until it is complete.

Taj Santa Cruz Hotel Mumbai is a luxurious haven with impeccable service. The rooms are stunning, the dining options are exceptional, and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Conveniently located near the airports, it's the perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers. Highly recommended.

As a comment, I didn't like the fact that Taj Santa Cruz Hotel Mumbai promised me an escort from the airport but failed to deliver on that promise. It was disappointing to arrive and find no representative waiting to assist with my transfer to the hotel. This lack of follow-through on their part was a letdown and didn't meet my expectations for the level of service I anticipated from such a renowned establishment.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Taj for a few nights and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel provided a comfortable and relaxing environment, with excellent facilities and a beautiful ambiance. Upon arrival, the front desk staff warmly greeted me and efficiently checked me in. Throughout my stay, the housekeeping team was diligent in ensuring that my room was spotless and well-maintained. The amenities offered were impressive, and I particularly enjoyed the well-equipped gym and the luxurious swimming pool area. One aspect that impressed me the most was the impeccable cleanliness throughout the hotel, especially during these current times. The staff diligently followed all safety protocols and made sure that guests felt safe and cared for. However, I would like to mention my experience at the hotel's restaurant during breakfast. Despite the stellar food, the hospitality at Tiqri left much to be desired. From the moment I stepped into the restaurant until I left, there was a distinct lack of warmth and attentiveness. The staff seemed disinterested and not very welcoming, which created an atmosphere that was less than inviting.While the food quality was great, I didn't feel a sense of genuine hospitality from the restaurant staff. It felt as though they lacked proper training in delivering exceptional customer service. Improving their hospitality skills is a must for a brand of such stature!
