A good place to stay near the domestic airport. The ambience is good and the staff courteous. The check in was good. We stayed in two rooms - one was in the old wing - I suppose where the rooms are good and there is natural light, the other is in the new wing and there was no natural light in the room. The vegetarian restaurant in the ground floor lobby was good- mostly South Indian cuisine. The restaurant on the 1 st floor is multi cuisine and good

The jdoor lock had a malfunction and we had to shift from the 6 floor room to the 4 floor. After shifting to the 4 floor room the toilet flush did not work but was repaired.

Excellent location, very attentive staff. The bell desk team and the breakfast waiting staff have been exceptional. The room we took was the premium/premier category, very spacious and well equipped to handle our week long stay. The housekeeping was also quite good. In-room dining food was great, especially the chinese options.

The men's restroom in the lobby could do better in terms of cleaning and smell. The lunch and dinner options in the in-room dining felt a little less and the continental was slightly inconsistent.

Initially we were given room no. 475 which we found very smelly and didn't like at all. I approached the duty manager Mr. Hemal and informed him that although we had made the payment for 3 nights but we shall be checking out the next morning due to the reason stated above. He was very kind and understanding and immediately arranged another room for us which I guess was of higher category and was to our liking. So we continued for 3 nights as planned. Thus I would like to say that Mr. Hemal is a thorough professional. Also I would like to mention that amongst the restaurant staff, Sushant and Snehal were very positive and efficient in their job. And also Timothy in the housekeeping department was very good 👍

Breakfast restaurant is too crowded at peak hours and wait is long. Since this is the case everyday, it can be considered to change the location of the breakfast restaurant. The agent in the front desk calculated my expected amount incorrectly when I had requested for upgrade. It was about INR 12000 less than what I was presented with as the final bill. So disappointing for such a high rated hotel I would have given a full rating if not for the breakfast queue up and billing issue

Strategically situated just a 10-minute drive from Mumbai Airport Terminal 2, this hotel offers convenience and proximity. The executive category room, featuring a separate sitting area, proved to be quite comfortable—ideal for work purposes. The highlight was the in-house restaurant on the first floor, offering a diverse buffet with options ranging from juices and cut fruits to continental, Chinese, South Indian, North Indian, Maharashtra, and Gujarat cuisines. The restaurant staff exhibited exceptional attentiveness, serving with a cheerful and prompt attitude. The impressive variety was further enhanced by the excellent taste, emphasizing both quality and quantity. A stay here is highly recommended.

We booked this hotel because of its proximity to Mumbai airport. Despite being in a very busy area, the hotel was calm, and our room was very quiet. Check in was smooth and the staff was always helpful and friendly. The room was well-furnished and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel has secure parking for cars. There are several restaurants and bars, though we didn't try any.

Little disappointed with front desk staff on night of arrival. They were not attentive and not interested in what I was saying. Clearly lacking customer service experience. Also extremely upset at being told club lounge was closed due to COVID....this is utter rubbish. All other restaurants in the hotel were open!!! I had booked and paid for club room. I did not get club room....it was just a room on the seventh floor where there is a closed , locked up club lounge. Apart from that location is good and staff are fine. Good hotel a little outdated....I understand it was once a shining star....pity it has been allowed to slowly dwindle away. Senior management really need to get to grips with what is happening. Definitely a no! no! closing the club lounge...get your act together Senior people. You are harming this lovely hotel. Please listen....

I almost liked everything about this hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was awesome and ambience was great . Staff was very nice they even help me out with my lost luggage went of the way and called me to inform me that the luggage was found and called my family member to return it . Very trust worthy and service was very good.

Room was well made. Facilities inside the room were very good. Shower water was hot. but it took time for water to get heated up. So had to wait for a longer time. Restaurant and bar were very good. DJ music was good. Front office staff were very friendly and cooperative. Didnt take much time to get me the room key.

However, I didnt understand one thing. I was asked to make payment upfront which is very unusual. Even if i arrive late in the evening, a confirmed booking should allow me into the hotel and payment should be taken at the time of leaving. I felt as though there was no belief in the arriving guest. This was a bit disappointing.

The staff is very friendly, helpful, professional. The service was great. They helped us to check in early. Very quick responses. Rooms were clean, comfy beds. Nice terrace pool & restaurant. Great experience

The breakfast should be different every day. Need more options, in both the continental and the veg options.
