Very near to T2. Just a 5mint by walk. Also Hotel provided complimentary drop. Complimentary breakfast is very good.

For the charges which I paid is not enough for the services. Like room was so cozy. There not enough space as I have to work on laptop but there is no table. WiFi password changes and everyday but nobody informed. Everytime I have to ask.

Courteous staff and good property. Value for money for location and facilities. Don’t go by any negative reviews, considering this is an old property, they have done a pretty good job in maintaining it. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was well equipped and food was also pretty nice. They also offered airport drop at a very reasonable price

Stayed for less than 12 hours and did not find anything unlikable.

Staff were very cooperative and accommodative. Hotel was walking distance from the airport, but free drop was provided, which was great since we had an early morning flight.

Food was a bit pricey but you can explore options elsewhere.

Basic breakfast. The management can give it a thought of putting a toaster, Hot masala chai thermos, Hot coffee thermos so that when guests come for breakfast they can make their own toast and hot drink. they dont have to wait each time for tea or coffee or bread toast as i found in my two stays this can solve a huge problem for guests who are in a hurry to get going with their work and also the breakfast area will be accomodating as there would be less guests all the time.

Every time one orders toast or hot drink it takes time and guests get aggrovated.

Clean room, good room service, food was ok.

Staff repeatedly standing around waiting for a tip. Airport conditioning control kept increasing the temperature automatically despite repeatedly setting it to 22C making it very warm.

Staff is amazing, accommodating and helpful. From the time you enter till you leave the hotel the staff is always smiling and helpful. I had a problem with my booking but the staff made it looked like it was never a problem..

Everything was just perfect

Large bright comfortable room, quiet, clean good internet, desk for working. Good value and handy location.

Needing a new keycard every day was annoying. Only breakfast option was slightly tired looking buffet.

The property is well kept… Been old but kept so neat and clean… I appreciate the staff they have… Courtesy and humble polite is lesser to define them… Even the food is amazing which is one reason i prefer this hotel when i am in mumbai..Would recommend it always

Staff at reception is not familiar with personal assistance as they lack basic computer applications including web checking. And generating a boarding pass . Not aware that hotel provides Bed and Breakfsst..so I had to order and.payfor
