Comfortable stay. Room was of good size. Bed was decent. Clean bathroom. Basic Toileteries provided. Hotel was walking distance from Terminal 1, Santacruz. Public transport is easily available. I availed room service for food and food tasted good and was good value for money. Prompt service. Courteous staff. AC worked well. Complimentary Breakfast was simple and good. Breakfast used to have around 2-3 items such as Stuffed parantha and medu vada or Pav Bhaji and uttapam along with two fruits and fruit juice/ tea/ coffee. Sufficient.

Nothing in particular. The hotel is situated at the end of a lane on which there are 2-3 other hotels. There is a slum type of settlement behind. A little away from the busy streets, however, it never felt unsafe. Outside noise does not come inside and hence it is comfortable.

The room was perfect for what I needed. Clean comfortable bed and nice size. Was close to the airport( which was important for me)airport transfer was affordable. Perfect for a no drama hotel and quick layover. The food was amazing.

The outside could look better. Don’t judge this by how it looks on the outside inside is clean.

The bathroom needs a bit more change in terms of how an user can access the wash basin and the lighting over the mirror. TV channels never is topped up

Perfect location to the a few both airports Good clean rooms not very happy with breakfast could add more variety staff was very helpful will visit again and recommend to family friends.

Very accommodative and cordial staff. Vidhi at front desk really helped. Great location for international airport connectivity. Dinner was also good.
