Someone has stolen my makeup bag during my absence from the room. This is reported to the hotel Management. My bag is not delivered to the lost and found department.

room , breakfast was good, room was very comfortable, bar area was good and enjoyed. Staff at bar very Friendly. Breakfast had good variety of food.

Gym & Pool Closed too early, Was not open early enough. Hotel should have shuttle service to airport. Restraunts closed too early for late arriving guests.

We checked in at about 10:30 AM as I had an early flight into Mumbai and they were happy to give as a room straight away. Its a strange place with a huge domed roof and all of the rooms on the inside have balconies overlooking the 'lagoon' and a couple of restaurants on the ground floor. It felt very much an extension of 'airworld' and so it should as it is an airport hotel. If TripAdvisor ratings are to be belived, the restaurants are amongst the best in Mumbai. After a lot of debate, we ate at the Chinese retaurant. It was pretty good, although I am not sure it is the best Mumbai has to offer and it certainly was not cheap. After we had eaten supper my wife wanted a desert, so we wandered over to the 'Earth Plate' which is a kind of buffet restaurant where they also serve breakfast. That evening there only had the buffet on, so we would have had to buy a whole dinner buffet to get the desert, but the manager took pity on us, and gave my wife a desert for free!

I was somewhat annoyed to be called at about 6 pm as I was trying to have a doze and asked if I wanted to reserve a table for dinner. We had not decided where we wanted to eat at that point, and there was absolutely no need to book at any of the restaurants as they were no where near full.

Very nice hotel with great facilities. The suite was extremely well-kept with two separate rooms, one living room area and one bedroom with a very spacious double-bed. It has a great breakfast spread as well.

The service at checkin was poor. We arrived at 8pm, at which time we would expect the room to be have been kept ready as check in was at 2pm. However, the reception team informed us that we would still have to wait for 20 more minutes, and we really had to voice our displeasure before we were given the room immediately.

The place is brilliant- great staff, excellent hygiene, live entertainment, great laundry service and a wonderful internal and external views from the balconies. Third time I've been back. Special thank you to Ayush - most helpful friendly and professional at the check-in and check-out. Great staff.

Will say the lunch and dinner prices are very steep average cost of £45 per person (RS 4,500). However if you go to the best the price tag comes along with it. Food and variety were top notch - just did not like the waiter at the end but there's always one person - still would recommend it.

The amount of facilities unbelievable. The hotel and its stunning interior. Gardens. Lighting at night. From restaurants to spa treatments. Variety of rooms. Pool area. The housekeeping staff. All the staff were absolutely AMAZING!

Only problem was room service. Always getting order wrong. Couldn’t understand English. But once I spoke to management… it was resolved instantly. Then service was better.

Loved our christmas stay! Arrived arrived early at the hotel, and therefore have to wait to check in so we went for some food very nice pasta from a cafés. When we finally checkes in we were taken to our room which was lovely (however bedside lights not working - difficult to shut the cutrains all the way 5110). They had made a lovely petal bath and delivered a chocolate congratulation cake as we were here for our honeymoon. we use the pool, which was lovely. We tried to use the cinema however, they didn’t appear for anything was being played. we very much enjoyed a Christmas brunch and the unlimited drinks that came with it. We ordered room service twice and it was delivered promptly. breakfast was very nice.

It seems like lots of renovation work was being carried out during our stay in the main hall earth area. They had remove the water from the pools, and we’re cleaning the ceiling which was loud and the place smells of chemicals due to the cleaning. Not sure why this was being done over the Christmas it would’ve been nice to have the pools full for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

1.Unique design , it looks like a bubble of tropical garden . The evening view is amazing … 2.The staffs are amazing and very cordial . They helped in every possible way like bringing a medicine for me at 1am to give an extension for some hours … 3.The location is perfect for business travellers located just a footstep of airport … communications like Ola Uber n their own car is there immediately. 4.Breakfast elaborate is pretty good and food was tasty as well . The service guys are prompt and helpful as well …. 5.The city view room is also differently designed with glass upto ceiling though in day time pretty sunny but the covers are good enough n remote controlled . 6. The amenities are perfect and cleanliness is good as well . 7.Last day at the lobby there was a pianoist ( I forgot his name ) he is very talented he plays for lobby and Mabruk both , he played my favourite numbers while I was at the lobby post check out .

1.There is just one portion of the circle having elevators the guests staying opposite side have to walk like half km to reach room this is pretty exhaustive . 2.The restaurant foods are though tasty but the price are extremely high as per the quantity. This is a thumbs down. 3.The remote control of curtains are very complicated sometimes u end up opening all the curtains both sides instead of closing . Make it little easier.

Being a 5 Star hotel I would expect some sort of uniformity of glassware and cutlery. I requested for 3 Whisky Glasses and I was provided with 3 of different size, shape and patterns. The least I expect is 3 uniform glasses. The shower cubicle doors are wrongly placed leading to all water from the doors dripping out into the main washroom area especially near the commode and basin. This needs to be looked at. The Cold and Hot labels on the shower mixer are wrongly placed. All these observations are from the many stays i have had and will be having in the future.

1.Location , ambience , the whole property is amazingly designed …. 2.The room has a beautiful view of the interior tropicals…. 3.The breakfast was elaborate and pretty tasty . 4.Amenities were adequate 5.Staffs are very cordial and welcoming , helpful each time ….

1.Mood lighting not working with a very complicated lighting system … had to use multiple buttons to switch on n off lights ……. 2.AC was not that stronger . 3.The food price is too high as per the quantity . 4.The washroom curtain didn’t work which is utter embarrassing for a double occupancy .
