Location, room size and clealness

No face-hand towels and toiletries provided. The presumably white bath towels had turned grey due age so it appeared in poor condition. Did not use them due to their condition. The reception staff lacked knowledge of information related shopping centers and a dedicated staff member was provided for this reason. Any query from me and the reception staff would seek reply from this dedicated staff member. The restaurant space so small so appeared over staffed. During breakfast, the restaurant staff were overattentive thus causing discomfort.

The staff provided exceptional service, exceeding expectations to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and featured a remarkably comfortable bed. In general, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

The only problem was the shower, which was a pain to figure out, but once you did, it was fine. The location wasn't the hotel's fault, but it was near the airport, so I can't really complain.

Very well maintained hotel that is about 20 years old. It is well patronized by business people, which is always a good sign because they expect efficient, clean facilities and they communicate their satisfaction amongst themselves during meetings. The staff were well presented, pleasant and accommodating. The supplied Indian buffet breakfast was a reasonable affair, the restaurant was clean and wait staff extremely attentive. 100 metres from a Metro Rail Station, 1 kilometre from a mainline rail station and about 5 kilometres from Mumbai International Airport the hotel is well situated in a quiet side road. Very cost effective.

Tha breakfast was excellent. Staff very cooperative. Spotless clean. Cannot complain. I would prefer coming back to stay in the hotel. Next time I only need a better view. Since my stay is 8 days or more.

Appreciate if they have a curtain in the shower. Cause everytime you shower water spills all over the floor. There are possibilities if one falls can damage his or her back. But overall my stay was excellent.

This is my second stay. Very convenient location. Spacious room, comfortable bed, polite and friendly staff. Excellent food at their restaurant and room delivery available. Kettle with tea and coffee in room. I was provided with ironing board upon request very promptly. Laundry service is efficient too. Staff is 10/10. I will stay here on my next visit too.

The cupboards below the tea station are run down, fridge missing, the shower area should be provided with a stool or place to put our own bath products. It was difficult to place my shampoo, conditioner, face wash, masque etc on the bath floor.

Recently renovated property. Easily accessible from the airport, spacious rooms and very clean washrooms. Strong airconditioner, which is needed in Mumbai weather. Quick room service.

The pains of recent renovation, the smell of fresh paint was quite strong in the room we stayed. The food in the breakfast buffet was also passable, definite scope for improvement. Also they only allow married couples to stay here, they asked me and my husband for proof that we were indeed married.

Very good hotel with good co operative staff , always ready to serve & help you . Food is good, reasonable & available all the time The location is very prime , near airport and all facilities near by . Will recommend to all . Best wishes

All the Staff and management were excellent in coustomer services. My parents and myself, we enjoyed the stay and location was great. It was easy to commute around the city and safe place to stay. Food was excellent. Next time I visit India would love to stay in this hotel. Would recommend this hotel and place for all. Thanks for all the services by the Residency Hotel staff member. 😀

The location was good and the hotel was clean and staff were very helpful

The bathrooms didn't have any sort of vents also when booking through booking. Com it showed breakfast included but after booking there was no breakfast included this is something strange which has never happened to me before

Excellent concierge services, delicious food, classy rooms and the overall hospitality. Complimentary breakfast buffet was the highlight. Would love to stay here again whenever I visit Mumbai!

No gym in the premises but the inhouse gym is in the next building.
