I was upgraded to a family room and was exceptionally happy. The concept of 2 shower rooms and 2 toilets was amazing. The room was very spacious and cozy

There was no mirror above the washbasin. The mirror was in a corner of the bed. Very inconvenient. There were no hangers to hang the dresses and especially in the shower room. How do you expect somebody to.come out of a shower to get the Towel?

For staff to be a little more liberal with extra complementary items such as coffee, creamer etc. when asked. Sometimes only 1 or 2 sachets are not enough when you are staying out.

Breakfast was all Vegitarian, all good and very tasty. Experienced local authentic cusine experience.

The room was spacious. Ambience was good.

The water from bath was flowing in reverse direction making the whole space wet. There was some nasty smell in the corridor. The breakfast was good.

Their check-in and check out time as per the booking.com is 13:00 hrs and 12:00 hrs respectively but the hotel says they check-in is 12:00 noon and wanted me to check-out by 10 am. I had not even stayed for 12 hrs and they wanted me to check out. Eventually I checked out at 10.30 am and they didn't have a problem. The size of the room is small and the size of the bathroom is too small. Breakfast is available only from 8am.
