good breakfast, nice staff

its advertised as having a pool, but the pool is actually across the road in a sports facility which has limited opening times

We often ate dinner at the restaurant 'The Front Bar" as the food was excellent. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The security men were alert and helpful with Uber vehicles. The cocktails were made superbly.

The ninth-floor corridor walls need repainting. A delivery arrived in my name that I hadn't ordered, and it was bought up to my room I took it back down to reception and explained I had not ordered this, and I should have been rung before bringing it up.

Really great staff and friendly attentive service. Rooms are comfortable and generally well kept. Location is quiet for Mumbai standards. Comfy beds with good bedding. Plenty of glass bottled water supplied. Tea and coffee making facilities in room. Good A.C. Very good breakfast and good food at the restaurant.

Bathrooms need more attention. Fixtures are a little worn out and tiles could do with more thorough cleaning. Also more attention to cleaning of back of the doors. They looked a bit dirty.

It is safe and nice view of acres club from room window. Wide windows with lots of light. Quiet locality with no noise of roads or other disturbances. Decent size rooms with good toiletries, firm study table and internet The fish dishes at the hotel are good. It is extremely safe for women travellers. Non smokers pls opt for 3rd floor as it is non smoking rooms. Location of chembur is great to go to Bandra Kurla complex or suburbs. Additionally that particular area of Chembur is a very safe and residential area. Liked the glass water bottles with good drinking water

A price above 8700 plus taxes seems a bit high. At a high season rooms are 11000. It is great option if u can get rooms within 8700 plus taxes. But don't over spend on this hotel.

The staff were fantastic and made our stay so good. The food was also excellent and good value.

Parts of the restaurant are a bit dated and need an update.

The Atmosphere, hi tech system, washroom & room were what I liked the most. The bed & the room was cozy and comfortable. You will feel classy and calm there. The cleanliness of the hotel was great. It was a great stay with The Fern Residency,Chembur, Mumbai.

The price they charged for one night stay with breakfast & dinner was around Rs. 11,400/-. Which was not at all worth the stay. At this price the facility in the washroom should be more like in size and bathtub. The bath area does not have any partition door. The room size is decent, not worth the price. The light condition was so low. The restaurant size is small according to the hotel capacity. Somehow you may have to wait at the buffet time.

Hotel Incharge Mr Nitin Dalvi is very helpful and cooperative . Staff is also very sweet and supportive . The housekeeping staff is also good and listens to your needs . Overall good experience

Banquets and Gym are not inside the hotel but across the road in Acres club . So have to walk / cross road to avail the facilities . However Acres club is also very good .

Large & quite Room (Club-Room) between city center and airport. Even when AC was switched off rooms stay cool (great!). We got a nice upgrade on our first stay and could extend our stay for half day for reasonable price. Very nice & helpful Stuff, we enjoyed restaurant with lovely food, where seating is a bit limited and not so cosy (usually no outdoor seats). Pool is over the street in a sports club without sunchairs, only regular chairs.

Good taste of breakfast although simple menu. Comfortable bedding. Friendly staff at breakfast restaurant. Reminder notes to guests to conserve water.

Hasty approach of restaurant staff at club house. Could not locate restaurants in vicinity. Need to remind room staff about services requested upfront like extra mattress. Just one water bottle placed in room before check-in. Had to remind reception to provide invoice during check-out.

The location and access to sports building were very good. Felt safe. Good choice for breakfast and dinner. Variety of spice levels Staff were attentive and helped with printing out visas and boarding passes with no extra charge.

The background music in dining area was repetitive and sleep inducing (definitely not a deal breaker though, just a comment) The furnishing and woodwork was tired looking and in some cases needed replacement.(architrave in bathroom)
