Location was perfect being off a busy area. The breakfast was definitely value for money. Plenty of fresh fruit and an amazing selection of food on offer.

Room was a little grubby . Other than that, there wasn't much. If anything to complain about really.

Good little local hotel in a safe, quietish residential area about 30 mins cab ride from the city centre or airport (on a good traffic day). Frequented mostly by Indians. It's a five minute walk to the local market area where you can make purchases at local prices, eat some regular local food or have a more western style coffee/cake. The local train station into the city is also 5 minutes away. Good value for money: regular size room/double bed with decent bedding, bottled water, tea-coffee making, aircon. Room and bedding was clean, lots of hot water in the bathroom (not always the case in the local hotels). There's a reasonably priced same-day laundry service and decent Indian-style breakfast. Room service from the attached hotel is available for lunch, dinner or snacks. The staff are friendly, polite and helpful.

Nothing in particular... it's not luxurious but the Plaza provides a decent stay for a decent price!

AS I was on official tour with my spouse, the area, location was very comfortable to travel to my office at Chunabhatti area. The area is very live we loved the small shopping we could do there. Thank you very much and expect that you keep the same ambience in future too.

A decent hotel with helpfully staff. If I'll be visiting Mumbai again, that would be my default hotel of choice.

I could complain that there is no pool or spa, but that is not what I was looking for to begin with.

Room was clean. Service was good. Hotel offered a complimentary breakfast which included Idli with Sambar and Chutney, Egg, Bread and a Banana.

Hotel offered me Three half litre water bottles when I checked In and charged me when asked for extra

EVERY THING WAS GOOD. ROOM WAS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE, READY TO MAKE TEA COFFEE PACKETS AND ELECTRIC KETTLE WAS AVAILABLE. TOILET WAS VERY NEAT WITH HOT WATER IN SHOWER, ANTI SKID MATTRESS.

Comfy and really good location

Rooms are small but managebale for single occupancy. It is small but nice and clean hotel.. Breakfast was impressive (beyond my expectations in such small hotel). They offers few things but quality was good. Overall Happy customer.
